Very tired hotel decor not finished miss match furniture pokey double room .

Really clean and had toiletries and also full tea and coffee assortment

My grandaughte went here and she said it was very nice but the single bed had no pillows or duvet so they asked for some ,they wete brought 2 pillows and a single duvet. The next day after they went to scarbrough front with a 9 year old and a disabled 5 year old they rang and told me they had stolen said items , they went on a bus and came home on a bus with only a back pack . She made up the beds before she left and instead of checking they accused them of stealing . The cleaner was outside when they left and they left the door open for her to go in , im sure she would have noticed if they had walked out carrying pillows . Although she said she would gladly go there again im afraid i wont be booking her in there any more

Great location for Open Air Theatre and central Scarborough. Nice comfortable rooms although shower is a bit small and dated in room 8. Breakfast was good value for money and very nice apart from the veggie sausages. To be fair though the owner went out of his way to buy the sausages and admitted he hadn't cooked them before.

Excellent location. Great sea view! Staff was amazing and very friendly. Room was perfect size and very comfortable bed and pillows! Definitely recommend.

Always a pleasant experience and this hotel been twice now very friendly atmosphere very good price comfortable and spacious and clean.

Lovely hotel but had changed owners and had not updated that was no longer let friendly, luckily the new owner allowed us to stay anyway. Hotel looked like it had recently undergone some freshening up, lick of paint, new carpets. Our room was lovely and clean with a nice sea view, within walking distance of shops and the tram. Would loved to stay again but with it no longer being dog friendly that won't be possible unfortunately. Only saw owner on arrival, would have been nice to see him on checkout or even during our 2 night stay.

Great central location, fabulous and helpful host. Large room with great view of the sea. My only slight issue was the soft pillows which my husband loved whereas I prefer a hard pillow so wish I brought my own.

Liked the free WiFi , size of the room, lift (although small) to all floors. Proprietor friendly and helpful .Would have liked breakfast to be available but possibly owing to corona virus it was not. No daily housekeeping in rooms same reason . Not a problem for our 3 night stay. Cats Pyjamas across the road good for breakfast .

Very clean hotel. Room was big with a fabulous view with it being at the front. Would stay here again.

Loved room 12 quirky ,big bathroom sea views comfy bed would definitely stay here again
