The neighborhood is good both in terms of shopping and eating, also it takes only less than a minute to metro. The bed is comfortable too. Will stay in this hotel again!

The space in the room is very limited. The food is average, the buffet is not that good. The location on the other hand is great, close to ginza street and subway stations.

The location of the hotel is very good. Ginza is good for shopping. Subway is very near and it is easy to go to all interesting places in Tokyo. It was even easy to go to the Haneda airport. Onsen was nice but maybe even better in the winter time. If I had a question so they always helped me. I had a very nice room. I liked this hotel and I enjoyed my stay there !

Made you check in terminal even with staff doing nothing. Hard pillows

Firstly , we were not allowed to check in even 15 mins early. Secondly, the air conditioning in the room is just not sufficient. We told the front desk and they had the engineers check and we were told it was normal. The room was warm and absolutely no airflow at all.
We had a triple room which was an average size for Tokyo. Location is fine , nearest metro is a few minutes walk away. I'll stay elsewhere in the future.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient access to the Tokyo metro system, making it a perfect choice for travelers. However, a minor inconvenience is the limited availability of laundry machines, with only two in the hotel which are often busy. It would be greatly appreciated if more laundry machines and an ice machine could be added to the building for guests' convenience.

Hotel location is good near MTR station and shopping mall. Twin room is very spacious and good vale to accommodate for 3 person. Highly recommend. Breakfast is nice and has many choice.

Loved the hotel’s location as it’s walkable to shops in the Ginza area with a convenient store right across the street. Staff is very friendly and easy to communicate with. I booked two rooms and appreciate their staff making sure my two rooms were next to each other! We stayed in moderate double rooms and they need an upgrade - carpets were grimy and the bathrooms smelled.

This property was very nice, clean and in a great walkable location to Ginza. The breakfast was one of the better breakfasts we had while on our 10 day trip to Japan. We would highly recommend this property and absolutely stay there again!

We stayed at this hotel during our visit to Japan at the end of May and I can recommend this hotel very much.
The location is very central in Tokyo with several subway and bus stations (and even Tokyo Station although walking there takes a bit longer) within walking distance. There are also numerous shops and excellent restaurants in the area.
The hotel room was the cleanest hotel room I ever had and also has numerous additional amenities.
Staff was also helpful whenever we had a question.

Onsen was great after a long day of walking and shopping. Size of the room was spacious and comfortable. Location served well for our purpose.

Great location in Ginza that’s walkable to shopping, eating, and mass transit. Rooms were nicely sized for Tokyo, staff was super helpful and kind and the hotel has numerous onsite amenities we enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again.
