Hotels.com was supposed to get back to me after I contacted them to cancel the second night of our reservation well before the 72 hour cancelation window. I never heard back form a manager when this was escalated. the staff at the hotel were not helpful when i called and pushed me back to Hotels.com to resolve the issue. when we arrived ot check in we tried to cancel the second night and the staff said they couldn't without manager approval, and then stated their manager was on vacation. No staff ever followed up with us as they said they would. we ended up paying for the two night and i was disappointed with the hotel, the rooms were not nice and the maids didn't fill the shampoo, conditioner and body soap containers at check in, as well as when they turned our room down.

The room was a little smaller than expected but everything was great!

We had a great view of the harbor but the room was on the 4th floor with no elevator. We had a stranger volunteer to carry our suitcase upstairs for us. We are in our 70’s and would never stay here again.

This place was awesome, we got a queen room with a window looking out to the beach. The room was clean and perfect for two. The rooms are definitely on the smaller side but they had everything we needed.

Very noisy with golf carts. Great location but do not get room 301. It’s a closet with a view of another wall. Good design but very very small. Think of Potter under the stairs. The noise was awful and terrible in room coffee. They should up their game with fresh good coffee in the lobby.

The staff was very helpful and polite. I got to check in a couple hours early. I booked the King Deluxe room with a fireplace and balcony. The said room had all of the above however the fireplace was confusing to function, that amenity is why I choose the room . I wanted peace and quiet with a roaring fireplace as the photos , unfortunately I got what looked like a gas range was on high behind a glass window that got VERY hot with no warning label. I’d hate for toddlers to run into it. It did it’s job nonetheless. The nice lady on the front said she would call maintenance , but he never arrived. The coffee machine and mini fridge are in the bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom it’s RIDICULOUSLY cold in there. Next time I’ll be using shower shoes, I cracked my toe nail on a crevice, where a rock used to be, messing up my fresh pedi- but hey Catalina island is so beautiful and peaceful once outside I forgot all about what I mentioned. I would stay again because the staff and the balcony and the bed took care of me and my peaceful get away.
