I booked a one bed studio few weeks in advance but when arrived they had to place me in a two bed studio since they where "over booked". Over all the hotel is nice area not Soo but it's one of the nicest pleasant hotels and the employees are really nice and helpful

The room was great and the breakfast was great. Too bad that I don't eat much on mornings. The front desk agents were very helpful. The subway station was near by. Did not want to walk around when dark.

The property was centrally located and has easy access to transport network . Some of their staffs like Stanley at the reception and Daniel on the kitchen are very courteous and helpful.

Everything is great except neighborhood. Room is fine for one person, it would be very cramped for two. Parking is limited to valet & on street. I would be very happy to come back here. Nearest subway is about a mile away.

First of all I do not recommend this place at all there is no parking we got a ticket. It is very unsafe fool of garbage on streets. You can see people with brackets on street . Dirty all around . Staff does not communicate well we had to wait 3 hours to get our room. There system was down. They did not refund or compensate. They have valet parking for 45 dollars a day. Please be very careful parking on the streets not a safe neighbourhood

Hotel was very nice. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was ok, not much choice and limited seating. We used the metro to get into NYC in the morning, but didn't feel safe with kids to walk back from metro at night so got an Uber.

I totally adore this hotel. The customer service from the lobby the Transportation parking the young ladies and gentlemen, helping us checking in making sure we were good. The genuine help that they gave from day one to the moment we left the help of keeping our hotel, clean our rooms clean, clean areas and the food amazing the safety. I felt in the hotel amazing. Even the type of florist that I love in my rooms amazing definitely stars.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The front desk staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Front desk staff person Christina went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Alice . Edgar Kevin and th Head of house keeping all assisting with making our stay a great one. Thank you to the entire staff, because of you we plan to return again very soon. Excellent job.!

Stay was great, enjoyed the hotel. Breakfast was great. Location was good for just a little trip out of town.
Only downfall now is the fact that my card was charged twice and I’m trying to get one of those payments returned.

This was probably the BEST hotel in this price range that I've ever stayed at. I had a kitchenette in my room, which was incredible for buying groceries and cutting down on travel food costs. All of the fixtures were updated, clean, and modern. Loved the design of the shower and bathroom sink, and the staff even prepped the toilet paper and tissues with little flower-like designs prior to check-in! The staff was super friendly, the check in/out process was easy and clear, and the common spaces downstairs were clean and beautiful. It's not in the nicest area of the neighborhood, but as a former new yorker, this is definitely a gem for this neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again if I find the need to.

The best I’ve ever had, the cleanliness was flawless, and the staff was outstanding. The hotel however is located in the projects. You cannot physically access the train station or any form of transport without running through the low income housing. Considering this, I did get my daily dose of running the multiple times I had to go in and out throughout the day.

It was nice. Parking is difficult at times but manageable as long as you don’t mind walking. It’s a pretty safe area despite the way it may look. There’s a rooftop balcony which is great. The doors do slam because they’re heavy. Overall 9/10

First, the hotel is in the hood and they charge you for parking but the parking deck you paid for is closed after 11pm. Go figure. Second, I just comeback from Dubai and my hotel there had more people that spoke English than this hotel. Third, I'm a loyal Marriott customer and I have to say i was highly disappointed. This place is trash.

Great staying. Room was clean, spacious and with a lot of utilities for our staying. Buffet breakfast was great and offered several options to chose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful all the time.

The hall ways were dirty, not vacuumed. The room i had seemed moist, damp and the floor was wet from the AC unit leaking. I slipped and I fell down. The bed was dirty my first night arriving. Had hair strands on the bed on arrival.
