I enjoyed my stay.

A very clean newer property. Very quiet. The bed and linens were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and had a nice variety of fresh, healthy food.

The stay was great but there was ants in the bed in the kitchen on the floor and in the bathroom

The Morning Breakfast was very good. The staff in the Breakfast area was Fantastic. Very clean and the Coffee was very good.

Went on New Year’s Eve for a quick get a way with our daughter. The front desk was very helpful and assured us there wouldn’t be loud partying or anything of that nature. Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Fire pit was utilized by us and excellent in keeping us warm on a cold dreary day. Pool was also very clean and warm. Breakfast the following morning was also wonderful especially the cinnamon rolls!

The staff was ever available and helpful and friendly. Ready to do whatever they could to make our stay pleasant. The breakfast was very tasty with much to choose from. The room was very clean and comfortable. VERY comfortable bed. Can't recommend highly enough. No complaints.

Great staff

The morning staff was nice, and the breakfast was convenient as I almost forgot about it until I was about to check out in the morning.

Met all of our expectations, large, clean room. Bed was very comfortable and did I mention clean? Bathroom and all areas of hotel looked nice. Front desk was friendly and helpful.

We had a nice easy drive to/from Pine Knob for a concert. Nice to sit outside by the fire and enjoyed the room very much. Only complaint was we had no shower curtain but other then that is was perfect!

Great location, clean, well appointed - but the most noteworthy thing is by far the staff, they were AMAZING. Friendly, helpful, went above & beyond with every question and offer of assistance.

Our room was perfectly cleaned and the staff thought out the hotel were very friendly. We really enjoyed the nice breakfast and pool.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was extremely roomy, and the addition of a kitchen was great. We didn’t cook any meals but did make a lot of snacks. Jason, I believe that was his name, was extremely friendly and informative regarding anything we needed. This hotel also had a longer breakfast time than other hotels. We’ll be giving Staybridge Suites in other cities a try down the road.

It is hiding behind the Holiday Inn and confused my GPS. Also, the instructions for turning off the sensor that turns off the electricity to most lights, when it detects no movement in the room, are incomplete.

Carpet needed sweeping. Lots of crumbs on the floor by the bed.

When I checked in the guy behind the counter messed up on my reservation. I had to wait for him to fix that. One we get a room key we then go to the room. There was someone all ready in that room. Went back and he said well it marked clean and vacant. He made me feel like I should of went else where. I been coming for the last year and this was by far the worst experience.

Cleanliness and breakfast

Can not be beat for extended stay. Staybridge Suites knows what business they are in and they are good at it!

The hotel meets all basic requitements very well and was reasonably priced. You need a car and parking is easy. The hotel condition is excellent. The service was cheerful and personal. It is time for hotels to get back to regular housekeeping without exceptions like weekends and without having to ask for it.

Clean and useful room set up

The room was clean, and one of the best continental breakfast. I’ve ever eaten it.

The hotel was spotless. The staff was nothing but extremely nice and very accommodating! I highly recommend and will be staying here again when I’m back in the area!

Quick smooth check in and staff was very nice.

First I was charged 444.18 for 2 nights. After I checked into my room I was charged an additional 179.00. I spoke with the desk clerk and he said my card was charged twice by mistake. Secondly I found hairs in the bed and the sheets were stained. I requested another room and was given a room that was already occupied. The desk clerk apologized and said the hotel was booked and that someone didn't do their job. I had to keep the same room and got the sheets changed and checked out in the morning instead of staying 2 nights. So now I have money coming out my account for 3 nights instead of 1 night. I spoke with the manager Amy who said there is nothing she can do because I booked 3rd party and she apologized that my card was ran twice by her employee because it didn't show him my room was already paid for. This is Completely Unacceptable!

This place is a hidden gem for families. Most of the staff were friendly, and we felt very welcome. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of healthy options including a ton of fresh fruit, which was a nice surprise. We got a one bed suite, but there was actually plenty of room for our family of 4. My youngest is fully handicap, and they went out of their way to make sure our needs with her were met, a few of the staff even passed on to each other that it was her birthday and they went out of their way to come wish her a happy birthday. The home like feel and friendly staff mean we will definitely be back next year.

The location is convenient to expressways and set back from road noise. I like the suite layout too.
