Property was in a great spot! So many great places to eat, the property itself was clean and staff overall were friendly and helpful, super convenient area, would definitely stay here again!

Traveling through; just stayed for one night. Not as nice as pictures show but everything was clean. Quiet and comfortable. I felt safe. Overall nothing to complain about

This was just a quick overnight stay in Flagstaff as we went to the Grand Canyon and were staying overnight then seeing Flagstaff during the day as we headed back to Tucson. After staying at another La Quinta, this Flagstaff hotel was surprisingly beautiful. It was like going from rags to riches. The staff was so friendly when we arrived and we had our small dog with us. I guess I half expected to get a room that smelled like dogs since we had a dog, but the room smelled like there had never been a dog in it before.

The plus side... Easy access to the Interstate as traffic can build up on the main streets. Easy parking and unloading, hot tub jets work well. My favorite part having 3 kids and they forget things.... Walmart across the street and short walking distance. Negative side. Breakfast is crowded early and not appetizing except the waffle maker and packaged food.

This was an all-around nice hotel. It met our expectations. We chose it for 6 in a room and amenities for our family. It had a full HOT breakfast with eggs and sausage and potatoes on top of waffles, bagels, muffins, fruits, toast, pb and jellies, cereal, yogurt and cream cheese. I'm sure there was more. It was what we needed for lots of travel. Small gym, pool and hot tub. Very good service and friendly staff. We were very pleased with our stay. They do allow pets if you need to know that.

All in all a great stay. We didn’t stay in much for only one night. First room assigned was not made up? We went back to check in and they handled it exceptionally providing an apology and slight upgrade. Things happen all was well and the free breakfast wasn’t bad either. Will stay again…

Nice and new hotel

We spent 2 nights spaced apart by a few days. Both rooms were not vacuumed - we could see dirt, strings, etc., on the carpets. One of the bathrooms had urine stains in front of the toilet. It was really gross & unsanitary...

Constant construction and noise people/workers could see in our room and they were using very loud nail guns also the staff seemed very rude for some reason and the hotel in general seems to be over run since you use it to accommodate construction companies it seems. Homeless camp clearly visible near the parking lot no parking in the parking lot due to construction equipment being parked and in general I think I would have had the same stay or better at the Motel 6 the breakfast was basically poison.....

Our stay was amazing. Very beautiful room on the first floor. So convenient for the gym, pool and breakfast.

It was a great place to stay

Clean and safe place and easy to access from the freeway,

we stayed here after a week of hiking and national parks. It was a nice restful break - enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the options of close restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable.

Only had feather pillows. Allergic to feather pillows. Had to go out and buy pillows and pillowcases after arriving exhausted after a long drive. Girl working the desk in the day was rude and uncaring. Got a bit of a refund from hotel, but not even enough to cover the purchase of the pillows we didn't need. Alarm went of very early the next morning because he maids didn't check to make sure it was off. It disturbed me so much that I could not get back to sleep.

We were disturbed by the knock twice during the night,once by the kids and second time by front desk giving our room to another guest and he tried to enter our room during the night.

This is a nice hotel with good sized rooms, clean, friendly & helpful staff. It’s a great family hotel and I’ve stayed here before, all good. This time I did find the

Excellent valet service. I highly recommend using the valet and bellman services. It’s $30.00 only. The staff is friendly and the hotel offers nearly every amenity possible.

The rooms were clean and mostly quiet. The tv’s are not smart tv’s so if you want to watch Netflix etc it has to be on your personal device. The pool was nice and large but pool towels are not provided poolside. The staff is friendly, clear and polite about the accommodating pet policy and $25 deposit. The only bad experience is the breakfast is terrible with a choice of stale breads and not one protein.

Clean but , getting worn out

We arrived and checked in and was given a room only to find out it was dirty. Went down again front desk guy never said I'm sorry or nothing. Got a new room only to see that one was dirty. Front desk agent was not apologetic or nothing. Finally, the third room was ok was really needs a remodel. To pay 250.00 for 1 night was a rip OFF!!!!

Our stay was not horrible but compared to the hotel at which we usually stay, the accommodations were lower tiered. The first thing that I noticed was the fridge. When I attempted to put in our water and milk, I was greeted by a stinky smell and strange white liquid on the shelves. I had to pull the fridge out and take out the shelves and defrosting pan. The liquid spilled on our floor, and I had to use one of our rationed towels and a washcloth to clean up the mess. I had to wash the shelves by hand in our bathroom sink. I just wanted to rest and go eat dinner, so this was an unpleasant start to my vacay. There was a homeless person and their trash in the grassy area by the parking lot, but I didn't feel unsafe. In the bathroom, we had shampoo and conditioner dispensers and two mini bars of soap. This was not bad, but I was wondering why there was a missing bottle of shower gel for the third dispenser. I don't know if this is standard, but the room only came with 3 bath towels (we had 4 people in our party). Bed was firm, comforters and curtains had stains (washed) and there were crumbs in the A/C. The waffles I had on Saturday were nice. The hot Sun. breakfast had gelatinous scrambled eggs, sausage, & cheese omelet; but my heart also wanted potatoes. The oatmeal and bagels came in single-wrapped containers so I could not discern the expiration date. It was ok for an inclusive breakfast. Pros: The staff seemed nice, there was hot chocolate, the pool and jacuzzi were lovely.
