love this hotel BUT every coffee cup is individually wrapped in plastic.

The plus side... Easy access to the Interstate as traffic can build up on the main streets. Easy parking and unloading, hot tub jets work well. My favorite part having 3 kids and they forget things.... Walmart across the street and short walking distance. Negative side. Breakfast is crowded early and not appetizing except the waffle maker and packaged food.

This was an all-around nice hotel. It met our expectations. We chose it for 6 in a room and amenities for our family. It had a full HOT breakfast with eggs and sausage and potatoes on top of waffles, bagels, muffins, fruits, toast, pb and jellies, cereal, yogurt and cream cheese. I'm sure there was more. It was what we needed for lots of travel. Small gym, pool and hot tub. Very good service and friendly staff. We were very pleased with our stay. They do allow pets if you need to know that.

All in all a great stay. We didn’t stay in much for only one night.
First room assigned was not made up? We went back to check in and they handled it exceptionally providing an apology and slight upgrade.
Things happen all was well and the free breakfast wasn’t bad either. Will stay again…

Constant construction and noise people/workers could see in our room and they were using very loud nail guns also the staff seemed very rude for some reason and the hotel in general seems to be over run since you use it to accommodate construction companies it seems. Homeless camp clearly visible near the parking lot no parking in the parking lot due to construction equipment being parked and in general I think I would have had the same stay or better at the Motel 6 the breakfast was basically poison.....

We spent 2 nights spaced apart by a few days. Both rooms were not vacuumed - we could see dirt, strings, etc., on the carpets. One of the bathrooms had urine stains in front of the toilet. It was really gross & unsanitary...

Our stay was amazing. Very beautiful room on the first floor. So convenient for the gym, pool and breakfast.

we stayed here after a week of hiking and national parks. It was a nice restful break - enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the options of close restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable.

Only had feather pillows. Allergic to feather pillows. Had to go out and buy pillows and pillowcases after arriving exhausted after a long drive.
Girl working the desk in the day was rude and uncaring.
Got a bit of a refund from hotel, but not even enough to cover the purchase of the pillows we didn't need.
Alarm went of very early the next morning because he maids didn't check to make sure it was off. It disturbed me so much that I could not get back to sleep.

Our stay here was an overnight stay on our way to phoenix. Great staff. Excellent breakfast. Room was clean and pet friendly. Lots of other pets here but didn’t hear or see any until we were in the lobby eating breakfast.

Overall the stay was good, and the rooms were clean. Though they had some work done on the room, whoever did the patch up work of their walls did a bag job by not covering them up with paint. And one of the chairs in the room was coming undone. Besides that no complaints.

The front staff was very friendly and fast. The elevators and rooms that held the ice were hot and stuffy. Our room was spacious but we were missing body wash in the shower and there were marker stains on the flooring.

The front desk staff wasn’t very friendly because I am a woman of color. Upon checking out the young man was sitting in the room off the side and didn’t even recognize I was standing there until I ask him if he can check me out. I discovered the floor in the room was dirty only because I dropped a wet towel on the floor and when I picked it up it was very dirty.

This place looked new, very clean and staff was very friendly . Our room was clean and comfortable . I would definitely recommend to stay and I will return.

Perfect location off of I-40. It does get a bit loud though, with lots of trucks on the highway, and Walmart across the street. Staff was very friendly. Loved it!

We have stayed in many pet friendly hotels in the past and never had an issue. The first room we were given smelled heavily off dog urine. We asked for a new room and the front desk was very accommodating and apologetic. Sadly, the second room was even worse. We had to ask for a third room to get one that wasn’t disgusting. Our kids did find a bunch of old liquor bottles behind the bed though. The pool was green and you couldn’t see more than a few feet deep. Overall a very dirty hotel and would not stay here unless you are desperate for a pet friendly hotel. The staff was very nice though.

It is consistently a highly satisfactory experience to stay at this establishment. Whenever I travel to Flagstaff, this is the only place I choose to stay during my visits.
