We had a great stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel lobby and the room were very beautiful. We rented motorbikes which we could park just in front of the hotel for free which was handy.

Absolutely top class. Exceptional service from Rachel, Rosee, Hiep (dining Director), Daisy, and door men -- All staff were extremely polite, wonderful service, and very helpful all the time. We highly recommend the hotel. Vickie / William (Canada)

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were excellent. The inside of the hotel is incredible with displays that rival many museums. Great location and area, 5 minutes to the water and dragon bridge.

Service was excellent, thumbs up to all the front desk girls ! Location is great with easy accessibility to cafe and eateries, near dragon bridge !
However, the room is just above their own club and is really noisy if they have party or function at night; breakfast needs improvement !

Louis of Dong Duong is very polite and helpful. He helped us with two luggage going up to 8/F by stairs (hotel lift stopped at 7/F).

Main lobby and restaurant were very modern and clean. The front desk staff were very accommodating in letting us drop off our luggage before check in so that we could walk around and grab lunch. There are a bunch of restaurants and markets in the area and close to the riverwalk. Room was spacious and clean.
