This was such a fantastic place to stay. So clean and the staff were so friendly, anything we needed they got us. The staff provided so much information on local attractions and restaurants. The apartment was clean and so modern. It is about 40 mins walk to the old town and a 5/10 min walk to sunset beach. Will definitely be back, cannot fault this property.

Very nice fully equiped room. It is a general space (with coffee and tea) with 4 rooms. We could also use the roof terrace, which was perfect. Very clean in a nice area. The bus to old city stops around the corner and the beacharea is just 10 minutes away. Ivan is the best host, we had such a warm welcome and he is so helpful! We will stay there again if we were to go to Dubrovnic again!

Very nice room central in Dubrovnik. We took the bus to the old town and the bus stop was very close. The owner was very helpful and it was free parking outside. Restaurants and beach close to the room.

this property was absolutely fantastic!! the location was excellent, about 10 minutes walk from the beach and main area. there are bus stops outside to the old town and the property has a supermarket directly next to it which was also very handy. the room was very spacious and had all the amenities including a mini fridge, toiletries,tea and coffee/ beach and shower towels. it was also very clean. there is a balcony at the top where you can relax. the owners were so nice,they were very helpful in terms of advising on excursions,places to visit and eat. they offered a pick up and drop off service to the airport which was free of charge and were very friendly people. they made the stay very pleasant, i would 100% recommend staying here as it was comfortable and relaxing.

Dubrovnik Spectrum Rooms exceeded my expectations. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and modern. We felt very safe and comfortable there. The location was great - few min walk to Sunset Beach or 5min Uber/30min walk to the Old Town. The BEST part about Spectrum Rooms is the exceptional service - the hosts are wonderful and go above and beyond to make your stay great. For example, when we got there Ivan did not just tell us how to get around town - he walked with us to show us! Ivan and his family were very friendly and did whatever they could to make my stay enjoyable. Gave advice on places to eat, bus routes and things to do. Room was very clean, air con much needed. Close to bus stops, beach and local cafes. Highly recommend it if staying there

This property has AC and it was definitely needed in the summer. Room is very clean and spacious. It would be nice to have access to a Washer and Dryer. But overall it’s a great place to stay.

Great host, lovely and clean, quiet and great facilities. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would love to return.

we had a wonderful stay, room nice and clean we wished we did have more time to enjoy, the bus stop that will take you to the old town is just half of block and the rooms are only 10 minutes walk from the beach which is full of places to eat. This was a 10/10 property! The owner messaged us days before we even arrived just to let us know that we can contact him in case we run into any trouble finding the property. When we arrived he was there waiting for us and showed us to our room, which was absolutely gorgeous and had everything there that we could possibly have needed during our stay (incl. coffee machine, hi-tech shower and an incredibly comfy bed). The accommodation is only a 5-minute bus or 25-30-minute walk from the old town and is only a short walk away from several lovely beaches in the area. This is a property I will most certainly be visiting again and I would highly recommend staying here to anyone planning a trip to Dubrovnik. Thank you, Dubrovnik Spectrum Rooms!
