We arrived around 2am and went right to sleep. We woke up in a sweat around 6am because the AC wasn't working. I went to take a shower and the overhead shower didn't work. There was mold all over the shower curtain and an infestation of bugs in the bathroom. The hotel floor was soft and sunk in in many areas, possibly due to mold. The towels provided had what looked like shoe marks on them and black dirt streaks. We were not given a refund. I know this hotel isn't fancy. I'm not looking for a place with a free breakfast or hot tub. But, this place was unlivable. This is not a "you get what you pay for" situation. The Swan Motel is in violation of multiple health codes and is breaking the law. Of course the manager, Gabriel, did not care and would not refund us for the night when I called the next day. I had booked through Expedia. I advised Expedia to take this listing off of their website and also called the local Health Dept/ Inspector. We spent all morning the following day looking for a place to shower since we weren't able to at the motel. We showered at the Planet Fitness and ended up finding another hotel for the following night. Overall, disgusted and upset by our experience.

Big updated rooms and bathrooms are a plus. Convenient airport shuttle service is available. At first a staff member couldn't find my reservation, but the morning person was very pleasant and helpful and straightened everything out. I just wish there was a hairdryer available in the bathroom.

The room was very small as per shown in pictures and i asked for non smoking room but as we entered the room was full of cigarette smell and there were ashes on the floor.

This was the worst,dirtiest,nastiest place ive ever stayed. I almost slept in my car

Obviously it's a cheap-ish motel, so you aren't expecting anything fancy. However, there were stains on the floor (that were a red-brown that was vaguely blood-like in appearance), dirt and trash that wasn't cleaned from the prior guest, and the room smelled awful.
Also, don't get back late or else they won't have enough parking spaces. Real fun to get back and be ready to head to bed and instead spend 20 minutes trying to figure out where to park.
Finally, be sure to bring cash. They required a $5 deposit for the room key and remote.

When I arrived at the hotel check in went smoothly. Getting to my room is smelled like someone had been smoking in there. The space was very small. I did not feel safe sleeping here && I was asked for a pet deposit after I had already checked out. I was never asked for a pet deposit when I checked in. T

Not so good. No food service. Loud music playing and desk doesn't know where it is coming from. it stopped for a few hours and resumed at 3am for another 1-2 hours. Another phone call did no good. I travel a lot and this was my worst hotel stay ever.

Do not ever stay here! For your security. Hotels.com if you keep playing with the algoritim of your ratings and offer places like this with a rate of 8 and above, I will consider stop using your services again because its dissapointing to expect a Very Good place and arrive to somewhere where the only you want to do is runaway

I had a perfect stay at the Swan Hotel! From the excellent customer service at check in, the clean and spacious room and the location, I had a great experience. I will definitely stay here again, whenever I’m in the area.

Everything, from the tv remote to the card to get to the laundry required a cash deposit The suites are for extended stay, NOT the rooms. The rooms are tile 400sq ft rooms with no fridge, no microwave, and no where to put much luggage. This is the first hotel Ive ever been to without even a fridge. I had to get an air purifier to get the smoke and such ouy of the air in a nonsmoking room. The shower/bathtub is in the bedroom in the far wall and completely separate from the bathroom. I had to wipe the floor down with a wet towel to get the grime off the floor. The night shift people are friendly enough but the day shifters are short, rude, and indifferent. They're obsessed with doing housekeeping daily and won't let you go more than a few days without it like theyll be punished if they don't. The rooms are predominately for by the hour or night. If it weren't for the location in comparison to my work assignment and paying on my own I'd have gone elsewhere.

VERY MISLEADING, i BOOKED A ROOM JUST FOR THE SPA TUB, ALLI GOT WAS A REGURAL TUB.
Not to mention the rooms are NOT sound proof, All I heard at night was people talking in the hall, and doors slamming. The bar well buy a bottle and take it to your room!

The stay was good the Swan Motel it was a low end no frills room-
The comforter had cigarette burns in it even though my room was a non-smoking room.
Also the Swan Motel has short stays for people who want to stay 4 hours- so the traffic on the Swan Motel’s property was high & busy-
The comfort of the room was ok, on a scale of 1 to 10 it was a 4 for me and I will not be staying there again -
But to the Swan Motel’s credit if you want a clean no-frills room then it is a good place to stay-

The gentleman at the front desk was lovely, beds were comfortable and the location was ideal for my purposes. The property is old and a bit run down. The floors were clean but the register in the bathroom had a layer of greasy grime and there were ants around the tub. The bedding and towels were clean but had holes and some staining.

It was great for the money huge apartment with one bedroom full kitchen... Carpets need a good cleaning but overall good exprience!!

Inside of the room was good. And im a regular. When i checked in there was a couple fighting. The woman was throwing things out of the window screaming and cursing. I had left for a few hours and when we got back it was quite. Inside people were hanging out in the hallway. There was food on the wall, garbage on the floor, a dirty sock and cloth. Ive never seen it so bad before. My spouse said “we have to find another get away spot” its become more like being in the area we live in and we go get that room to get away from that.

Me and my spouse stays here every weekend for a least 3 to 4 nights since April. I usually book a reservation the day we leave the week before. So its not a last min booking i book a whole week im advance. This time we get there around 6 and the receptionist (which by the way is a lovely woman) she tells me that there was no reservations. I showed her the email that i did. So pretty much the room we booked was all sold out. 😡 then someone came to complain saying the floor was went it wasn’t clean. ( when the mostly just mopped the floor and couldve just put the heat on to dry it fast. So i wanted 30mins for someone to make sure it was clean and then went too look at it myself. We had the same exact room last week so i was ok with the minor things. But why reserve if the room wont be put aside for those that book in advance? If i book a room for a week from now. When that day come it should be put aside and not sold to a walk in. I just find it a waste of time and now mu spouse wants to take a break from this place which is sad because we enjoyed everything about. I guess we just got to comfortable.

Its very good that they are renovating but they should warn people of what time the nose would start so we are aware. We were woken up outta our sleep by the loud drilling noise.

We usually get the rooms without the rug. But my boyfriend instantly fell in love with it because of the rug in the room. We stay here every other week to get some alone time away from home. And the executive suites are always homey like. The rug this time did it and hopefully we can request for it again.

Usually its not as bad. But this time the room stunk really bad everytime we walked in the door. There was holes in the walls and writing in the walls as if kids had been there. They said that was the only smoking room they had. But i reserved a room days in advance and we are regulars stayers i was really disappointed this time. So hopefully next time its better.
