Friendly welcome on arrival. Rooms clean and smart. Within easy walking distance of the town centre. Lovely, freshly cooked breakfast. Only an overnight stay but really enjoyed and appreciated the break.

Everything about our stay was lovely. Welcoming owners, relaxing environment. Plan to make it our first choice when need to stay in Lymington

Wow!! This bed and breakfast was amazing!! The hosts were incredible and the breakfast was outstanding. Super comfortable beds and modern and awesome. Highly recommend!!! We stayed here prior to our cruise. The nearby restaurants/pubs served amazing English fare.

8 Highfields is a fabulous and friendly boutique b&b! Fraser and Maria and staff and family were incredibly welcoming and helpful. nothing too much trouble. The building is immaculate and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is huge! (and delicious) Nice location off the main drag means you get the benefit of being in the centre without the bustle (plus parking right outside) Would absolutely stay again!

Our stay at Highfield was nothing short of excellent. The rooms were presentable, spacious and comfortable. Fraser, Maria and the rest of the staff were attentive and could not do enough for us. Fraser even dropped us off at the venue for the wedding we attended.

Very tastefully decorated, tasty breakfast with generous helpings too. Everything spotless and exactly as we would wish. Lots of banter with the host, making the stay real fun. EV charging for those who require.

Friendly welcome, very clean and well appointed accommodation. Beds comfortable, fan in room as quite warm during our stay. Great breakfast, quality ingredients and nothing too much. Everything you could need for a weekend away!

The B&B was fabulous, frazier our host greeted us, and showed us around , the room was a very high standard, the breakfast was fantastic, everyone was so friendly, a 10 out of 10 stay.

Fraser and Maria couldn't have done anymore for us! We didn't get there until late on the Friday evening and were so welcoming. Fraser explained the front door, breakfast and everything else we needed to know once we arrived.Saturday morning we went down for breakfast which is literally everything you could ever ask for. We went for the full english & even the tomatoes & mushrooms (usually the boring bit) were amazing!We had a wedding at Pylewell Park and Fraser wouldn't let us book a cab, he took us there. Note though: if you need a cab late at night (from anywhere in Lymington), book in advance as there aren't many around!We went for quick walk before the wedding & stumbled across the High Street. On Saturdays there is a market so had a lovely morning with the sun out. Beautiful place.Back to the B&B. The room is clean. Bed is comfy. Tea, coffee, shortbread, chocolates, hairdryer all in the room. Iron & iron board on the landing. The only downside for us was being too hungover on the Sunday and missing out breakfast again haha!I wouldn't question the Highfield B&B at all, would definitely recommend.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay. Hosts were super friendly and the hospitality was second to none. Room was amazing and very spacious and spotlessly clean. Short walk to Lymington shops and harbour. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice and plenty of good quality produce. Thank you - will certainly return.

Really enjoyed our stay and can’t think of anything to add to the glowing reviews already posted. We were travelling by bus and train and Highfield was the perfect base to see the new forest area.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The room was a good size with a large bathroom and the b and b was clean throughout. The breakfast was delicious and the service was great. I would definitely stay here again.
