Comfortable room with everything you need for a short stay

The hotel is fine and the service is good. However, there is no one at the front desk in the evening. That meant I had to use my key to access the building. Quite a surprise for as many rooms as there are. I came back one mid-afternoon and found my key was not working. It was quickly resolved but there was no real explanation how it happened. Common with magnetic keys. However, it made going out later very uncomfortable, out of fear the key could stop working again. There is an emergency number I could have called but coming back later in the evening, facing the possibility of a dead key, calling the emergency number, waiting for staff to come to the hotel to let me in, AND having to still get up very early the next morning? No.

My stay at hotel TripInn was very comfortable and calm. The only difficulty is that one has to plan parking because there are limited places available and Koblenz is quite busy in regards to parking place. Overall the stay was nice and cosy.

Beds were a bit on the soft side for us. Area is just south of the railway station. Quite noisy innthe night as it wascwarm we had windows open. Yes I knew it was near the Railway, but this was cars and other noise from the street.

Lovely hotel, had no problems. Near the railway station, about 5 min walk. Breakfast reasonably priced at €10, for a buffet.

The staff were very professional and helpful, we had a problem with the room and they quickly moved us. Will stay there again.

It was a little difficult to find and a bit far from the center of the city (very near the train station), but the room was comfortable and quiet and breakfast was wonderful!

We booked two double rooms for two nights at the same time and at the same cost. When we arrived one room was as we expected, with coffee machine, but the other was very small, and no coffee machine. Getting out of bed with the window wide open was impossible. We spoke to the reception but they only told us that they had no other rooms available. As we booked the rooms three weeks ahead of our trip we would have thought that they would have enough time to sort out two same size rooms for us. Plus the second day a larger room opposite us was free but no offer of moving us. We feel that we have been unfairly treated since both rooms were the same price.Breakfast was alright although they run out of bread but after a trip to the baker round the corner the bread was available again. A slow service on filling the orange juice up. The only good thing was that it was in walking distance from the station.
