There was nothing to like at all... Just my $50 deposit return. The property is a dive I wouldn't send my worse enemy to that place

No towels, no internet, no hot water

At first it seemed like I just had found the biggest room at the lowest price. Yet it didn't take long to understand why. After laying on the bed I noticed a cockroach that crawled out from under the pillow. It had me freaked out. I went to the front desk and inquired about another room, or if this was par for the hotel, I was told basically yeah. So I slept as long as I could in a computer chair with my legs propped up. Wifi was basically non existent and but I did manage to get my $50 cash deposit back. The best I can say is that it beat sleeping outside in the cold. For the heat worked amazingly. Won't ever stay again and was super happy to be leaving.

No trash cans in the room. Cigarette ashes on bathroom floor. No daily housekeeping.

Staff very rude all in your business and kept my deposit

Room had random exposed wires hanging from the ceiling, trash and possibly feces hidden in the corner behind furniture, Carpet was as brittle as a teenage boy gym sock. Tried turning the heater on and legit thought the room was going to catch on fire, smelled like ash coming from the vent, the toilet lid was broke in half. The seat was not attached. The shower settings were flipped. Hot was cold and cold is hot. Not to mention the random brown burns/stains on the tub. I think I should I’ve just slept in my rental car instead of that place again.

Horrible, lots of bugs, no wifi, even refrigerator not working. Dirty and smelly

Pass key system was not working, so front desk had to let you in with their master key.

I checked in to room 215 and there was no phone service, no internet even though they advertised that there was. The refrigerator didn’t work and there were cigarette butts on the floor. I complained and they moved me to room 217 and it was about the same. I went to the front desk and got my $50 deposit

The first room offered smelled strongly of pot... the second room was slightly better. Bathroom was pretty bad and the gal that checked us in, Raquel was as nice as can be, but apologized that there wasnt any towels in the room. Bathtub was pretty grimy. Carpet was dirty. The cigar club attached to the hotel caused a ruckus involving several (traffic or crowd control?) police cars and sirens that seemed to blare at 3am a long time. Granted, that wasn't their fault, but the rooms didn't seem too sound proof. We stayed only one night. I woke up to use the bathroom and saw several cockroaches crawling over the trash we'd just deposited in there. I didn't use the shower there. We ate next door before all the people arrived and picked up our towls on the way there. The counter gal apologized for the condition of the towels, because they were small and several were stained... so we refrained from using them.

I would never recommend anyone to stay at this so-called motel. First of all they require a $50 cash deposit even though it is not mentioned online when the room is booked. I recently stayed there, October 15th 2023. When I checked in the remote for the television did not work and the clerk came to the room and got it to turn on with louder than usual volume but there were no manual buttons on the television and remote would not work nor was I able to turn the TV off so I had to listen to sex and the City episodes all night until morning check out. I'm sure I'll have nightmares now after listening to that terrible television show. Secondly the smoke alarm was removed by someone because there was a hole in the ceiling where it should have been. I asked the motel clerk about that and she responded that was surely a safety problem but would not change rooms as the manager would have to approve it and she would not be in until morning. I did not get much sleep that night with the TV on and staying in a problematic place. In the morning when the manager arrived I mentioned to her the problems I had the evening before and ask for some type of compensation on their part. The manager rudely told me that she would not do anything for me and for me to pack up and leave . I called the fire City fire inspector who promptly came to the room and saw that the smoke detectors wires had been cut presumably by the workers who were remodeling the motel. Terrible conditions and customer service

The room I was put in when I got there was totally disgusting. There was a pile of hair between the beds and when I went to throw it away we found toilet paper in the toilet with brown colored water, the tub was dirty, there were fingernails in the carpet, the AC filter probably couldn't even intake air for all the dirt on it. We stood at what was considered the lobby for a good 20 min waiting to talk to them about it. Was finally shown to a different room which was okay. We ended up staying in said second room to later find where there was dried puke in the floor between the bed and nightstand. I will never stay at this place again.

False advertisement there is no couch in room bed looks like it’s a full size everything was dirty there were roaches everywhere staff is very unprofessional.

There was a $50 dollar cash only deposit required. The towels are handed to you at time of check in.Towels had old human poop stains on them. Cigarette ashes were in the sink, bath tub and butts in the trash can. Lots of hair in the bath tub and I can go on and on...Blood on the walls

The lounge is a cool addition.

The room smelled so bad of mold that I woke with a headache each morning. The staff was nice but the property needs a lot of repair and help. It served my purpose but I wouldn’t stay again unless it was renovated and rooms smell normal.

We got a room because our air conditioner went out in our house. There was no shower head in the shower no light bulbs in the lights and tv didn't work. So she put us in another room and it smelled awful and air didn't work.

This place is under renovation. However, the rooms are old and you can tell. The cleaning staff leaves ashes from smoking in the sinks and the sink and bath tub have cigarette burns in it!

It was very awful, it was so dirty one of the beds were broke we had to ask for towels and the room stunk and it was nasty as hell!! Will not be going back

The lady at the desk was very friendly... This was the only thing good about the stay. We reserved a long size bed with a couch in the room. Got told they didn't have that when we got there but had a room they could upgrade us to for no charge... Our upgraded room was a smaller room with a full size (not even queen size) bed and a chair. There was what appeared to be blood stained into the carpet. The ceiling tiles were falling down. There was no bath, only a walk in shower that had a curtain blocking which in turn flooded the bathroom when you tried to shower. We had to limit our showers to 5 minutes. With the condition this place is in it should honestly be condemned.

Room was not clean we found baby clothes under the chair alone with food and candy

It was the worst so dirty buger papers behind the night stands.Rats the front desk personal realy rude and inconsitrtad Never again will i stay thier or recomend it to my wordt enemy

We initially checked in and there was someone in the room that we were given then we were sent to another room that was filthy and had food. The mirrors were discussing. The bathtub was unavailable, and we checked out after the first night and did not get a refund.

I don’t expect plush comfort in an inexpensive hotel, but I do expect clean.

Hotel is being remodeled, and is very far from being completed, plus it seems they don’t have the staff necessary to keep it clean. Front desk staff was nice, but hotel is crap.

I arrived at the motel at 10pm to check in after a long day and the hotel didn’t have a room for us. Hotels.com reserved a room that the motel didn’t have.

My room didn't have a remote for TV and the desk said that they didn't have any so went all night with out TV
