Clean and comfortable.

Had a great time and loved the rooms

No wifi and I wish the was ability to watch Netflix or other streaming

Hotel was great. Stayed 5 nights and breakfast was the exact same thing every day. How about some real bacon and potatoes for a change. Front desk was unattended too many times. Spent ten minutes waiting one day and lady said she was busy with a customer in a room with a closed door. Huh?

We enjoyed our stay! The staff was friendly and helpful. We all enjoyed the breakfast.

Bianca was very welcoming from the start. Very kind and even more helpful. The beds and rooms were clean and comfy. The continental breakfast was a nice bonus as well, biscuits and gravy to cold cereal and fruit. Thank you for a great stay.

Staff was very friendly the room was very clean I take my black light everywhere it’s in walking distance of a grocery store and a few restaurants i will definitely be going back

This was my second visit at this hotel. The staff were great and very responsive. The room I had initially had an odd odour so I asked them about it. They switched my room immediately with no questions asked. Told me they would look into the initial room. The girl on the desk the first day was a trainee and was very good already!

Very clean

When I was checking in the girls asked what was the reason for my travel. I said that I just needed a room because I did not want to give a reason. Then the other person working next to her said that I had to tell her a reason that I needed the room. I told them it was none of their business. Both of the workers were rude and I will not go back there. Poor corporate policy to ask people the reason they are getting their room.

I have nothing to say. It was nice. Just as I expected from holiday inn express.

Stayed here for the pool specifially. Pool ended up being closed all weekend we were there and my children didnt get to enjoy

General Manager had a terrible demeanor right from check in. I requested to move rooms because there was an issue with blinds/lighting and she would not help me or compensate me for the inconvenience because I booked through Expedia. I repeatedly asked for help and was repeatedly told flat out no. This was an expensive and uncomfortable stay and instead of help, she repeatedly hung up on me. I was a paying guest and was treated like less than because of the manner (Expedia) in which I booked my stay.

The General Manager was terribly rude and unhelpful when I asked to switch rooms because my blinds weren’t working leaving me in a dark room with only lamplight all day. She hung up on me repeatedly when I was asking for help and literally laughed at me when I asked to speak to someone above her since I wasn’t getting any help from her at all. I’m not big on leaving reviews but I feel this was an exception because of the absolutely horrible customer service for a stay this expensive. Do better General Manager

The shower was really dirty- looks like it wasn’t cleaned and had stains on the dloor

I was very upset with the fact we paid for a suite and couldn’t even use the pull out sofa because of the amount of nasty stains on the mattress. There was hair all over the bathroom floor.

Everything about my stay was perfect. The desk clerk was very polite and personable. My room was spotless including everything in the bathroom. The bathroom fixtures nearly sparkled. There was absolutely nothing out of place, nothing dirty or smudged, sheets were spotless. Room temperature was just right, even when I first came into my room. There were no odors throughout the hotel. The lobby, hallways, and breakfast areas were very clean and well-kept. The breakfast was just delicious. Some of these selections and I can't even remember all of them included biscuits and gravy, two kinds of sausage, two kinds of omelette, yogurt, fresh fruit, several fruit juice options, pancakes, hot and cold cereal, toasts, bagels, you really couldn't ask for much more on a quickie breakfast buffet bar. It was just a very nice overall experience and I would definitely stay there again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The good standards I expected from Holiday Inn Express were achieved. I would stay there again for sure!

All I can say is the young lady at the front desk was amazing super helpful and probably one of the top 10 in great customer service I have ever had.

The rooms could use a real cleaning hair in the tub and on the bathroom floor and dirty microwave and fridge

Check in went well…one of my rooms had an ripped blind/screen and another room toilet didn’t work but they switched out…breakfast was ok but pancake machine wasn’t working…expired oatmeal dated July 23… no sausage or eggs…workers was very friendly.

Great place to stay

Very impressed. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay there again.
