Located in centre of Riva, very convenient to shops, restaurants and lake. Kitchen has a hob, oven, kettle, fridge and washing machine. A microwave would have been convenient. Ample dishes and utensils. Comfortable bed in bedroom, pull out bed in livingroom is a good size. Host accommodated our late arrival

A mirror in the bedroom or livingroom is needed. Spare or better quality pillows would have made for a better nights sleep. No air conditioning. A small welcome pack would have been most welcome especially since we arrived late.

Location in the middle of old town Riva is very nice, even though this means walking a couple hundred meters and carrying up all luggage to the 3rd floor. Nice restaurants, bakery, groceries etc. nearby. Apartment is spacious and, with exception of kitchen and beds, well equipped.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable with very hard mattresses and cheap and flat pillows. I wish I brought my own. The bed in the master bedroom makes very loud screeching sounds with every small movement, making us wake up many times. Sofa bed is not much better. Kitchen is quite old and not well equipped. For example, there were only 2 small spoons. Amount insufficient and low quality of equipment, especially the pans. Heating was turned off during our stay in early April, with only hot water working, which was a bit cold, especially at nights. Cleaniness also needs to be improved. Almost everything in the kitchen was still dirty, and cleaniness of bathroom and other rooms was not great. This is all easy to improve so I don't understand the current situation, which spoiled our entire vacation experience.

The location in the old city is amazing, the secured parking near by, no noise, renovated flat

Quite hot without air-conditioned

Right in the heart of Riva del Garda. Perfect spot, nice and clean apartment, close to the lake. Very professional owner. Free underground parking 100 m away, we had a card and a dedicated place to park.

The host greeted us on arrival and explained everything she was very nice and helpful. The town is very pretty and the walk along the hillside is beautiful.

No complaints about the property.

Excellent location in the town centre full of restaurants and bars. Owners are very hospital and helpful.
