Staff very nice, room a little small as was the bathroom. It was okay for the 1 night I stayed there

The online pics were not entirely representative of the room I had. The mirror in the room was cracked and "fixed" with clear silicone sealer instead of being replaced. The walls had bubbling plaster probably caused by a water leak from the air conditioning above. The whole room was desperately in need of a lick of paint. The silicone seals in the bathroom were moldy and had come away from the walls, probably creating a damp problem in the room below. A glass shelf in the bathroom had been broken and not replaced. The room was shabby. I even found a cockroach in there on the second night. The place could easily be significantly improved if a decorator / handyman spent a couple of days in there followed by a deep clean. Daily cleaning was really only very basic. I honestly can't recommend this place as they don't seem to care for their own property. On the positive side, the aircon was fine and the wifi worked.

Arrived from a late flight and went to our room. Was small the bed was pushed up against a wall so if sleeping at this side had to climb in and iut if bed. Really not convenient. Very small window looking over building and air con didn’t work well. Not as stated very disappointed. Awake most of the night as so hot to sleep. Next morning complained to reception and they moved us to another room. They said was a VIP room which I’d say was over advertising but definitely better than one we had. Air con worked and bigger window more space. And a safe which first one didn’t have either! Advertisers that there’s a spa, bar etc none of this was open. The gym was open and the outside terrace but sun beds poor and area needs an update.

We booked three nights in order to do some sightseeing in Phnom Penh. Our room was clean and comfortable and great to return to each day. Our only issue was that we had a neighbor who appeared to be conducting phone business meetings late at night and into the early morning hours and he was very loud. Perhaps an enforcement of quiet hours and the encouragement to keep voices at low decibels at night would be helpful. Other than that, our stay was lovely!

The service and the location were perfect with several available restaurants and numerous street vendors close by. The staff were very attentive and personable. Close to the Cental Market as well! An exceptional value indeed!! The property is older and in need of some updates however the room was very clean and the bed firm and totally restful.

Both the reception staff and the cleaning staff are super friendly. Pick-up service from the airport was reliable and easy. I emailed them in English and they arranged an experienced driver and a suitable car for us. It was $20 for the 3 of us and a few bags. I enjoyed my stay and will come back if I go to Phnom Penh again.

Tv, kettle, needed repair. Room should be all checked before giving to customers. The spa and gym equipment didn’t work either.

Hotel was nice, staff was very friendly and helpful, everyone spoke relatively decent English or well enough that I didn't have to use a translator. Wish I didn't have to look at another building right outside my window but what can ya do? Overall good stay for the price!

First room i got the a/c wasn't working they put me in a new room. Couldn't take a shower in the new room only a bath.The so called gym is a joke. The room was ok other than the no shower. The staff were friendly up untill check out day when they weren't going to honor the late check out included with my vip access.

Hotels.com.needs to be more careful when entering contact numbers as they enter incorrectly on the system. The hotel is central to Orussey Market and central market. **** loud music at night about 300 metres from the hotel there is this disco place. I had to contact the manager to complain about the music. It was blasting loud. I was told it was Cambodian New Year. The music slowly eased at midnight but you still could hear it until next morning. Good customer service. Most of thrm are quite friendly. I must agree with some customers comment about some night male staff is not as friendly as night day staffs. Over all I can't complain. The place is clean, good air con and hot water sytem. When ever upstairs people having shower, you can hear a very loud noise of water traveling through the pipe and it's quite loud.. I noticed hotels. Com takes lots of commission off each customers and put it as tax and admin fees. Does it mean tipping goes to room service staffs or on their own pocket???

I’ll start with the good. The bed in room 907 was excellent. It was almost as nice as the courtyard by Marriott Phnom Penh’s bed. The shower had great hot water. The hottest water that I found in Cambodia so far. The WiFi worked great. Now the bad. I found 1 inch long cockroach and some baby cockroaches in the bathroom. That was the second time I found cockroaches in a month and a half staying at hotels. The second problem was that the shower head was not connecting well to the wall. The sink head was very loose. The drain for the shower water was placed in the corner and the water was pooling up and coming out into the sink area and toilet area. The ad stated that the hotel had a Jacuzzi tub and spa. They were in operable and empty. The gym equipment was not hooked up. And the carpets in the main walkways need to be replaced. The room was next to another guest room and I could make out their TV and talking late into the night. I found another hotel closer to the riverside and it provides a nice free breakfast for their guests for $28 per night. Much happier now.

None of the facilities are available. It states a pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. There are none of these either onsite or currently in action. Avoid this hotel. The gym is also very different to the photos. I checked in and back out within 10 minutes due to the mis-selling. Stay elsewhere.

The room was only $20 and comfortable, good location, and I felt safe. I would stay here again.

Excellent, helpful, attentive staff. Clean rooms and good location. For the price I paid, tremendous. I only moved the sister hotel for 9 nights due to the pool being open!

We always like to stay here... Has perfect location whenever we are in PP for the embassy and other options. Close to orussey and central market, walking distance to sorya bus. Comfy mattress, helpful and friendly staff.

This hotel was by far the best one i’ve stayed at in Phnom Penh, Asia. It was very close to everything we needed, family marts, Cafe amazon and the central market! The staff was AMAZING - the nicest people we’ve met and very helpful. The spa was also so relaxing with a cold and hot pool. The staff helped us with our bags when we arrived and always opened the doors for us! The room was also so nice and clean and smelt so refreshing everytime we went in. I would highly recommend and stay here again !

It was set at 16 and high fan which should have been really cold but it was defective and only blew slightly cool air. The other thing that ruined my stay was the rudeness of the staff. I exchanged a $100 bill for smaller bills, Id received the bill at the currency exchange at phnom penh airport. The next day the clerk insisted i take the bill back as it had a 2mm tear on the edge. I assured him this was perfe6legal currency but he argued and was quite surly.A terrible way to treat your guests! Ive had a great time travelling in Asia and this was the worst experience.
