It was a nice hotel with a small pool. The rooms were clean. The beds were very firm so they were not comfortable to my family as we like them softer. Other than that we had a view of worlds of fun so my kids enjoyed leaving the park but still being able to watch the rides. We were so tired from worlds of fun we over slept and didnt get breakfast. CHECKOUT IS NOON!! NOON! That was super nice having kiddos that were still tired from the park the day/night before.

Stayed 3 nights and everything was very commendable.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly.

Our room and experience was great. We had an issue however when we went to shower the shower head was coming out of the wall and moved all over the place like it was badly broken. My son was absolutely terrified of it as he has sensory and processing issues. It was already after 1am and we were exhausted. It was a huge disappointment and frustration after spending money for a nice room.

The lady who checked me in was very kind and sweet.

Amanda was excellent help in the phone. She did everything she could to meet our needs. Place was clean and smelled good

The room smelled horrible. The front desk only offered a bottle of Frebreze for us to spray the room. There is no maid service for a 2 night stay but you can get fresh towels upon request. We asked at the front desk the next morning as we were told to do but never received any. We called that night upon our return to the hotel and we had to come get them if we wanted them because housekeeping was gone. The bed was very uncomfortable between the matress and overside sheets with no mattress pad, the pillows were shot; they were flat as a pancake! The noise from the interstate was very loud at night. Due to the worldwide outage the front desk staff were making copies of your photo ID and credit card for incidentals for prepaid rooms, placing ithe copy in a 3 ring binder with a promise they'd shed upon check out. When asked where the copywas when checking out (to give to us) they said they can't do that but would be sure it was shredded. Definitely close proximity to the Royals ballfield but not the best hotel oir $200 a night!

3rd time staying at this hotel. Rooms are nice, hotel is quiet and staff is friendly. Close to Worlds of fun and Oceans of fun. I would recommend this hotel.

Everything was great and clean. My family that includes 3 kids enjoyed our stay. The staff was helpful and friendly, especially the ladies that were working during breakfast.

Weird stains in the shower floor. AC rumbled and kept us up at night. Highway noise at night.

The pool was very small and very dirty. Even my little kids were grossed out enough not to swim the 2 days we were there, which was the part they were looking forward to most. Other than that it was all great. The room was clean and updated, the breakfast was small but the options were good.

Very crowded and loud a lot of kids there over the weekend kids were allowed to run all over the place even in restricted areas all night long

I stayed for over 3 nights and they NEVER CLEANED MY ROOM. I Even called the front deskband they said I was on the list for it to be cleaned. I got back that nightcand it still wasn't cleaned. This was ridiculous
