Room was amazing and loved the river view. Only things we would change are the noisy pipes and headboard!

I had a wonderful stay at the Albero Lounge, the staff were welcoming and friendly. Room 3 is stunning, with an amazing view of the river. I loved the attention to detail, from the roll-top bath to the quirky decor, the vintage lighting and the plentiful supply of refreshments. The bed was so comfortable and I slept peacefully. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nothing wrong with the room and no doubt some of our issues were our fault - no parking for example so you park & walk. Good EV charging availability mind! No breakfasts before 9a.m in the middle of a business week. Or any week actually. 9am?!?! Staff were lovely, setting is charming (river outside, lots of swans around, pretty bridges, quiet area), evening meal fine, room big & very tasteful, sleep good. As i said, some of our issues no doubt about us not being thorough (fussy!) when we booked.

I had a fab stay it was a business trip however it was a huge comfortable room with an amazing Superking bed and double shower room and an added bonus of a huge tub in the main bedroom facing the tell!!! fantastic The staff were amazing and helpful and very friendly!

Totally enjoyed our stay from start to finish especially being given free upgrade to bigger room. Great view and very quiet considering in central town location.would highly recommended and will use again.

The room was lovely and spotlessly clean. Beautiful view of the river. Food was excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Personnel that I came into contact was friendly and helpful

The room was spacious and very well equipt. Check-in and out was easy and straightforward. The only minor complaint is that being above the bar, I was woken at midnight by the staff putting away the metal tables and chairs.

A nice hotel with a good, central location. Quirky but nicely decorated and furnished rooms. I couldn't get the heating to work in my room, so found it a bit chilly in the evening. The biggest drawback from my perspective was that breakfast isn't served until 09.00, which is a bit late if you're travelling for business or have onward travel plans.

Fantastic stay - really lovely restored pub rooms in Bedford, with great food at the pub too. Loved all the details, river view, and high ceiling.

We had a great welcome and were allowed to check in early to our lovely riverside room. It’s got lots of character with a bath in the bedroom and separate bathroom and the views are nice. Staff were excellent and we also had a lovely breakfast downstairs. We will be back later in the year for a family party!

Simple fare restaurant with elegant rooms with a view in centre of Bedford. Lovely place with nice vibe, converted old schoolhouse. Definitely recommend. Not suitable for clients with poor mobility.

Room & Venue it self was fine however the initial greeting was shocking. If it wasn't for the fact we had a room and we had stood so long waiting for service just for food i would have walked away. This was the same for the initial arrival & for when we came down for food. Then the confusion over payment since we decided not to pay via hotels.com just seemed to confuse the staff completely.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Bedford, clean comfortable rooms and well presented. This was booked on the day and was a good price, didn't eat here but the food did look good
