The rooms look nothing like the photos you are seeing. And they are have nice things in it but you get a sense of congestiveness

Beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with a great variety. My first night I had a 5am pickup so they sent me a boxed breakfast for my trip of a croissant egg sandwich, pineapple juice, banana bread that was amazing, yogurt and water. Such great service! I did not have time to enjoy the pool or gym but both looked great!

I love that it has restaurants below and in the rooms it has a big fridge with ice making capabilities and induction flat burner for making foods. And a washing and drying in room. And vimar at the pool area is super nice and treats you good.

It’s near a grocery store and places to eat. The breakfast buffet was great. Staff were very attentive and there is actually access to washer and dryer. The rooms are equipped with a large fridge for extended stays. Will definitely return to this hotel again.

This was my first stay in this hotel and i was amazingly surprised it exceeded my expectation.
Breakfast was excellent price of rooms are very reasonably priced and nothing to fault.

Pros: as stated above and the breakfast included for 2 inside the restaurant Abaca. Expedia had a better offer the hotel itself.
Cons: the city view could be better but the glass was hazy or needs cleaning, laundry is self service with a charge, and one set of outlets by the master bed does not work. Overall a pretty good 3 star hotel.

Great hotel with a great location. Nice and clean rooms and very nice staff 😊 the breakfast was very good, maybe the best breakfast in 3,5 week. Better than many 5 starts hotel I’ve stayed at here in Philippines.
Unfortunately my checking was delayed 45 minutes due to a full hotel the night before. I booked a room with a washing machine after traveling for 3,5 weeks so I could clean my clothes before continuing my travel. When I started to do the laundry the tumble dryer didn’t work. So this combined with a late check in gave me a very late evening… wasn’t done with my laundry before 10 pm….
They have a laundry room by the reception, if you are booking a room with because of the laundry machine, I would rather have used the machines down by the reception 😊

The Citadines Hotel is a very good value for money hotel situated in a great location central to all major shopping centers and transport and as a bonus you have a robinsons supermarket downstairs.The rooms and facilities are very clean.Rooms have all the necessary amenities,bed was very comfortable and all the staff are very pleasant and accommodating.Breakfast which is included with the room was very good,not a large selection but adequate and fresh.The bakery items are top notch.Directly outside the main entrance there is a good selection of restaurants,cafes and shops.My only gripe with this property was the tour desk on the ground floor,they need to be more knowledgeable of the product they are providing,eg: Tours and have knowledge of the city attractions and directions,other than that we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel to any future visitors to Cebu.

Great location coz it’s attached to Robinsons. I loved it that they call taxi for you & write down # along with your room #. Felt very safe & the hotel was very spacious & clean.

The room in general is good it’s just that I keep waking up hot as the aircon keep stop working and I can’t even hardly turn it off to cool down. The kitchen was ok, laundry is good, but a bit disappointed for no tea towel, no pot holder, no basic salt and paper, no milk for coffee. Bathroom almost perfect except no face washer. No pen and paper. Little things but adds value to guest stay to make it more comfortable.
