We stayed one night because we were in town looking at houses.
The staff at the hotel was amazing and beyond accommodating. The room was newly remodeled, extremely clean, and comfortable.

Very clean and new feeling. Our room, while clean and fresh was very small, even by today’s standards. We had no glasses or plastic glasses or ice bucket in our room but the breakfast was nice and offered a variety of choices.

It was quiet and cozy. The floors are not carpeted which automatically brought thoughts about cleanliness.

Staff was friendly, comfortable bed and the shower is amazing! We will stay there again when we visit Perry. We had breakfast plans out but I believe their breakfast is continental. We felt safe and it was quiet and clean-the number one criteria for us.

Other than the bathroom fan running all night, no closet, iron but no ironing board, this was a good place to stay.

Fairly new hotel but seems like it’s operating on a shoestring. Breakfast buffet was always running out of items - and the front desk staff seemed to be the only person working to restock. In 2 days they ran out of the hot sandwiches, most brands of cereal, milk and regular coffee beans (in the grinder). So it was okay for me but would have liked to see more options. Hotel was fairly clean but it took all day to get room cleaned (front desk said they had a bunch of folks check out and they did those rooms first - so the people who weren’t there yet got priority over those staying). Overall it was okay but I’m unlikely to be back

Hotel was new and clean. Normally enough. Very cold and unfriendly except the breakfast lady. Room had cold tile floors and was so bleak and uncomfortable. I was very disappointed since the hotel was new and a bit pricy.

I stay here all the time as it's always very clean, very quiet, and even if something isn't right, they are fast to fix it which that's greatly appreciated. I will definitely keep coming back!

Rooms were quiet, well appointed, price matched the expectation I had. Staff was excellent especially the lady who ran the breakfast bar in the morning, she was very accommodating, well organized, took a lot of pride in her work.
Overall great experience, when in the area I will stay at this property.

The hotel was so clean! It was off the highway so it was also quiet. The breakfast was great - healthy and fresh options. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I will stay here again when in town for horse shows.
