My fiancée and I absolutely loved the inn. The historical events, and the celebrities that stayed there was astounding. The breakfasts that were made were absolutely delicious. Our room was spotless, and perfect. We will definitely come back

Wonderfully friendly stay and very easy to deal with when we had a late arrival. The water pressure in the shower was superb. The breakfast was wonderful and I would recommend this Inn to anyone. The one downside was the mattress. My side of the bed (closest to the door) had a dip and I could really only sleep on my back, as a result, and I didn't have the best sleep either of the 2 nights we stayed.

The Inn is far away from restaurants etc., but was a quiet place. The onsite restaurant was closed due to lack of help. However, we did get breakfast only which was fine. Our room was at top of narrow, winding stairs without handrails for half of it so was difficult with luggage or just climbing. There wasn't a tv anywhere in room or elsewhere, so nothing to do at night. Owner was hard working and sweet. Shower and bath floor treacherously slippery. Only one comfortable chair in room.

The most bizarre experience we’ve ever had. Walked into our room to find a mattress on the floor - no bed frame! Pull out couch but no bed linens. Moldy bathroom. We did not stay through the night - left a few hours after arrival.

Michelle is such a wonderful host, very accommodating and made you feel away from home, and to top it off the breakfast was superb. The place is very clean and I would definitely comeback

Michelle was a wonderful host. We arrived late and she left us a hand written note with instructions and served us a delicious breakfast in the morning. Couldn’t imagine a better Franconia Notch accommodation. Would recommend.

I like locally owned and operated places. The owner here was super-nice and really worked hard to make my stay complete. She also is an amazing baker so get some coffee cake, because it was the best I ever had! It's an old house with a 19th century floor plan, so that comes with the charm of the place. I just had a very pleasant stay here. Stayed to hike the nearby Kinsman Trail. Super!

Love it! The host/owner is responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed their breakfast. The Inn is in a historic area, very clean, quiet, and near parks and hiking areas. Restaurants are about 15 mins away. Highly recommend!

Our Stay at Lovetts was great! Michelle greeted us at the front door. Hospitality was great! Its a quaint little Inn. You can stay in the main house or there are cottages on the property. We stayed in a cottage. The restaurant at night was closed but beeakfast was free every morning. Made to order by Michelle and one day there was a buffet. Very good!. Would stay there again.

Plan for long rides for restaurants. We didn't anticipate needing our grill for example, but restaurants are few and far between and have very long waits. Pack accordingly!

We had a very nice stay at Lovett's. We had a little snafu at check-in but Michelle accommodated us and we had two lovely nights. The breakfast each morning was delicious and plentiful. The rooms are spacious and soundproof. We stayed in the main house but would love to try the cabins out next time. If you are looking for all the bells and whistles stay at a chain. If you are looking for some history and warmth, stay at Lovett's!

Location was great, breakfast was delicious but slow, shower was a trickle in the cabin we were in, not the best after long sweaty hiking day. Seems to be only 2 people working and the person had to defer to the other for everything. Could not have been friendlier or nicer, just seemed very busy trying to cook and run hotel.

This felt more like staying at a home than a hotel. The owner was friendly and accommodating. It was too cold on our trip to enjoy the pool but it looked very well kept. We loved the billiard table inside and the breakfast was wonderful. Thank you for a great stay!

Property was very nice, room was very unique, air conditioning didn’t accommodate the room, room was very warm. To warm for sleeping.
