We enjoyed our stay

Great service at a regular hotel near the airport. The breakfast wasn't stunning, but I didn't choose this hotel for the breakfast. Note: There is no elevator, only stairs. But that wasn't a problem for me.

Centrally located in lapu lapu city, easy access to taxi, walking distance to restaurants and bakery. Nearby the airport.

For the price, it does the trick. Very small, only 2 floors, but still no elevator, so I’m not sure how they’re going to accommodate the elderly or handicapped. Free shuttle to the airport, which helps, but the area leaves a lot to be desired. Breakfast buffet is ok… nothing special, but ok. A major issue I had was during the checkin process. The girl who worked there seemed to be in a bad mood, and we inconvenienced her for making her do her job. It took entirely too long to check in, which seems so strange for such a small hotel. We were literally the only people checking in at that time, so… But again, for the price it does the trick, but I doubt I’d go out of my way to stay here. Also, I have absolutely no idea what they’re referring to when they list this as “VIP.” We sure didn’t receive any VIP treatment.

Eco & friendly hotel attributable to the Staff. The airport transfer is a plus factor to accessibility & logistics. Thumbs up👍👍👍

Budget hotel is good value for money with all the basic needs met. Close to airport. The breakfast was fine except for the weak coffee. Note that you will be charged extra for guests. My room was close to the dining area which could be noisy in the early hours.

Prompt response when we phoned a shuttle bus for pick up from airport. Breakfast included was good close to airport shops and restaurants.

Breakfast simple, fruits not fresh. for vegetarians poor.

All the staff are courteous. The breakfast was good. Has transport to and from the airport. Very convenient. Very good value for money.

Convenient to the airport which is what we needed. There was complimentary service. Staff were lovely. Basic room but clean.

When I first arrived, I thought the room was small and the air conditioning didn't work. I was wrong. I just needed to adjust the settings. The room is a fine size for the price and the food was delicious. This is truly my favorite hotel in the Philippines so far.

The room was tiny, 10' by 10' and felt claustrophobic. What made it worse is the lack of external windows. The small window looked out to the interior hallway. The hotel amenities are fine except for the size of the room. The breakfast is good and there is a shuttle to the airport. The location is nice since you can walk to a coffee shop, groceries, laundry, etc.

We had a 1 a.m. flight out, so needed some place to rest our bones for ten or so hours before heading out to join the lines for exiting Cebu. This place worked out just fine. Unfortunately, there was a power outage in the area, but very fortunately, Felicity Island had its own generator. That power outage did affect our plans to stop in at a nearby spa for a treatment before leaving--temps were in the 30˚ C. range, so sweating to therapeutic massage deterred us from that. The room was small, but the bed comfortable. Service was excellent and we had a quick trip to CEB airport as needed.

Room is small and the bed does take up a lot of space. I was traveling solo so it didn't bother me. However if I had to share this room I would not like it. Staff knew it was a last minute booking and I was only staying one night so they conveniently put my room at the bottom level. It's a nice room and there is free drinking water available. My only complaint is the loud karaoke at 10 p.m. and the loud elevator music they would play in the early morning.

Staff is really kind so that I didn't feel any inconveniences during stay.

The staff here is by far the best I have seen in the Philippines. The free breakfast had a lot of great choices and was amazing. There are several restaurants in walking distance however the restaurant on site is awesome. I loved this place and it will definitely be my go-to whenever i fly into or out of Cebu in the future!

The room, dining and airport shuttle are very good. The hotel is close to the airport. The hotel provides an variety of breakfast food for the guests. I will stay at this hotel in future travels through Cebu. The guest experience was wonderful.
