The Comfort Inn offered my wife and I a quality hotel to stay for one night. Our room, which was on the 10th floor, offered a view of the surrounding area. The metro into Copenhagen was nearby, as was the airport for our flight the next day. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very personable.

I stayed this hotel on the way to Lund since my flight arrived at CPH around 23:00. It’s convenient to use it especially arriving late at night. You don’t need winter clothes to reach out there since all the way from airport is inside of facility. That is good!

Perfect hotel for a layover flight at Kastrup. You can just walk from the airport to the hotel, with your trolley. Check in, then take the metro from the airport to Nyhavn. The metro is located right at the airport. We just stayed for a night for our connecting flight to Reykjavik so didn’t get a chance to spend more time. They have a bunch of eating places. Overall had a great experience!

Layover in CPH and this hotel was connected to the airport. Once we landed travel was simple and safe as we landed at 11pm. For the price, lots of value here! Would stay again.

It was expensive but still worth it because of the short distance to the airport. Big plus that you could walk to the airport from the inside. The room was nice but very hot. The windows didn't open and the AC was not working.

After staying at many hotels over many years I am puzzled why it takes such a long time to check in at the desk - this hotel has that sorted ! quick check in :-)

Check in was a dissaster, gave us a smaller room than we paid for and only had 1 pillow and blanket for 2 people. Complaint and ask for the room we paid for, got a question if we really need a big room. We got the room but when we like to shower in the morning there was only 1 small towell.

Efficient, clean room. Simple but worked well for a quick stay. Bikes were available to guests. An easy walk from the airport, much of the walk is enclosed with the hotel next doors.
The hotel manager was fantastic, she had all the answers. Great breakfast as well.

This hotel is convenient when you have a long layover flight. It’s directly beside the airport and that’s why I chose it. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was amazing! Local foods and my kids loved it. The one complaint I have is that all beds were twin and bunk beds. I would have liked a full bed in the room so I could at least sleep beside my husband.

The hotel has now changed their start time for breakfast from 04:00 to 05:30 which means no breakfast on early flight, will not return i am afraid since i always fly early.

The hotel was convenient to the airport which was perfect as we flew in 9.30pm and flew out 9 am. You don't have to go outside to access it which is good in bad weather. The staff were under pressure due to people trying to book in after cancelled flights, but they were still polite and helpful. The room was simple but had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our one night stay at the Comfort Hotel which was in walking distance from the airport (maybe 2 min walk) so very convenient. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Also, breakfast was great.

A very basic but expensive hotel. The fact that you are told after you had booked that they start cleaning after 4 night and there is no kettle - unless you upgrade and pay extra either is bad. I travel a lot an that is a first time it happed to me.

One thing I like it a lot is they have this recycle bag for clothing that travellers do not need.

Can not adjust temperature is not really for customers who comes from Asia and tend to need warmer temperatures in the room

No enough lights and dark room, no safebox, nowhere to hang clothes. no tissue papers, no working hair dryer. No phone to call front desk. Only good thing is that the hotel is close to the airport.
