It was a short but sweet stay at this amazing hotel. Keeping up to the Taj brand this property went above and beyond to meet our needs. Food was excellent and service impeccable.

Taj Tirupati is the perfect place to stay while visiting Tirupati Temple. I had booked my parents 50th anniversary stay at this property from May 24-26 and could not be more pleased. The staff is excellent and they took special care of my senior citizen parents. Truly grateful for their amazing hospitality. They put a nice cake and rose flower bouquet with a special banner saying happy anniversary. Would greatly recommend!

Expensive. No place for drivers to sleep. 3 power cuts during the stay of one night. Rude staff talking in Hindi and not willing to talk in English. No reception in breakfast place. No water provided, but one person asks for room runner promptly. How did you get to your star rating? This property is a disgrace to Tata culture!

Expected more from a Taj property. I requested extended check out which they asked me to pay for. I agreed but again had to see reception a couple of times to make sure my key was working after the normal checkout hours. No lotion or cream of any kind in the room. I felt like it was no better experience than the other hotels I’ve stayed at in Tirupati before.

Upkeep needs improvement. The fruits in the basket had dust on it. So had the Sofa in Room 324. This is not expected in a Taj property charging Rs 13000/- incl tax per night.

The stay was pleasant. Hotel was clean and nice. The property outside isn’t maintained for Taj standards. Views outside the place isn’t great.

The property is impeccably Clean. I wish the Southern Spice restaurant had better food options. Barring that it is the best stay in Tirupati.

Check-in was fast.Staffs are all friendly.Only problem I found was not having enough Gluten Friendly food options in their restaurants. And none of the name cards for the food in their buffet has allergen info, which was something I was expecting from Taj experience.Otherwise experience is good.

The property was easily reachable from the airport, about 20 mins from airport. I was greatly impressed by the property and the service from the crew.

I highly recommend this property if you are looking for an absolute class!
Pros:
1. Most of the staff and service are really good throughout the property and willing to listen and help.
2. Food is very good. Special mention to the prasadam they offered every eventing. It was amazing!
3. Room is decent and the quilt and bed sheet were so elegant that I slipped into sleep whenever I used it.
Cons:
1. We were unlucky with some power cuts consistently and got stuck in the elevator momentarily. I believe they also got some issues with the elevator that need to be addressed.
