Luv Holiday Inn Express from the hot breakfast to the ultra comfy beds.

Drove all the way from Tampa, FL over night arrived at the hotel and the room that I had reserved was given away and the hotel was sold out and could not accommodate me when I arrived. Front desk was very much rude. Will NEVER stay at this hotel again!!!

Courteous staff, organized check in. Clean room for overnight stay. Bath essentials are eco-refillable. Super-Convenient location to BSWA concert venue. The Breakfast options were adequate, fresh and tasty. My stay was quiet. I’d recommend and will stay here again. Thanks.

The hotel is usually a very nice stay but unfortunately this time it wasn’t! When checking in the lady up front seemed to be stand offish because of my sexuality choices as she noticed I was with my partner which we both share the same gender. To my knowledge you’re not supposed to say out loud what room the guest is on but she did and make it quite uncomfortable. AS I RECALL HOTELS SAY THE FLOOR NUMBER AND OR NOTHING AT ALL! The room has stains on the bedding and 1 clean towel that was it, the soaps were low, and the room didn’t seem very clean. That next morning, The maids knocked on my door @ 6:30am, @8:30am, and @9am when check out was not until 11am! I called the front desk and the man working there was very nice, he reassured me he would get it taken care of and he did! The maids didn’t return till after leaving! While leaving the lady was scouting out my room to see when I was done and just on her cellphone which I think is quite unprofessional ! Overall I just wish things were ran professional and not based off opinion as well.

This hotel is updated, attractive and well-located. There is dining and shopping nearby. Our king room was spacious with good storage and plug ins for devices. We did not stay in for breakfast, but observed a variety of hot and cold choices. There is ample seating in the lobby for breakfast and guest seating.

Fredrick and mark was great staff!!! Very knowledgeable may my stay very safe n easy definitely will be coming back! They deserve a promotion n raise a job well done guys 😍😍😍😍

The hotel was clean and staff was very nice. It is a little difficult to see and where to turn in from the main road. Plenty of parking.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Greenville, SC (2025 Wade Hampton Blvd) and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I entered the hotel, we were greeted with warm smiles, friendly banter and exceptional customer service from the evening staff Fred and Jayelle. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping in the clouds, ensuring we got plenty of rest from our 5 hour drive. The shower was super hot with amazing water pressure! Felt like a full body massage!! The cleanliness of the room and the attention to detail was also commendable. There’s many but one of the highlights of my stay was the hot breakfast! Everything was flavorful and seasoned perfectly, constantly being attended by friendly staff. Overall, I cannot recommend this particular Holiday Inn Express enough. It is a top-notch “Express” hotel that offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is a fantastic choice.

Although the room looked clean. I spilled some water in the tiled entryway. When I wiped it up the towel was filthy. Clearly, the room was vacuumed but the tile floor had now been washed recently.

Room was clean and neat and the people at the desk were kind and helpful

Joel at check in was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable, unfortunately they must have had some painting done at some point and there were paint splatters on the furniture, too bad the painter wasn’t more careful. There was quite a bit of road noise but the hotel is fairly close to the road so to be expected. I would stay here again if we were ever in the area again.

Our room is clean and the beds are comfortable. I was very disappointed that they closed the breakfast area before 9:30. My husband came down at 9am and took our suitcases to the car and breakfast place was already closed. This might not be an isolated case because the front desk guy doesn’t look surprised. Do not tell your guests that breakfast is open until 9:30 if you are closing before 9am.

Friendly staff, clean hotel and room! And the breakfast was great! The pool was clean and the patio with fire pit was nice too. We will definitely stay here again for our next girls trip to Greenville

The staff were excellent, courteous and conscientious. The property is a relatively new 5 years old or so, clean and very well functioning, with easy parking. The self serve breakfast was quite good and satisfying. We found the beds unusually high off the floor for some reason, but otherwise had an excellent stay. Great value for the price……
