The unit was sooo old and super dirty

It was our third time staying at Regal Vista. The unit showed its age. It was in need of new carpet and furniture. Also, there were 2 glasses, a bowl and spoon left on the counter and crumbs on the floor. In lieu of all that, it’s still our favorite section to stay in.

Spacious and comfortable. All promised amenities were available.

Beautiful, clean and quiet. Loved the fireplaces.

There was a tree right by the deck and bug crawled on the deck. The tree blocked our view of the mountains. The water in the unit 2185 only git luke warm. My son scrapped his head on the chandler above the dining room table and there was a massive spider web on the ceiling. However, we made the best of it and had a good time.

Very nice, spacious, only thing missing was a water house for the backyard. Book this unit you won’t regret it!

I stayed in Regal Vistas. I stayed here one year prior and loved it!This time it was a bit different. The tv did not work in 2/3 of the rooms. The toilet paper was at the end of the roll so the toilet seat most likely wasn’t cleaned. The sheets in the bed had brown stains when we arrived. I called housekeeping to request a new set. Never came. Luckily I brought my own anyways so we just used those and went to bed. Next day I called again. There was not enough dish soap. Housekeeping said it would be over. Never came. Day 3 I call housekeeping and request the dish soap again since it never came first time (I gave up on the sheets - there is a washing machine anyways). I was told yet again would be right over. Never came. By then I went to Walmart and purchased my own. The area was beautiful- I loved the property and all the activities offered!I came with my kids who rage from teenage to baby. There was fun for every age group! The general store has great snacks and delightful employees. The water park was clean. Go early enough and you can enjoy the go karts without the long line! Fishing poles to rent! But the house in Regal Vistas was not worth the money this time. Very dirty. Nobody in the office or housekeeping seemed to care enough to respond. I will definitely stay in the houses on the other side of the property for a bit less next time we visit.

You had everything you could think of to cook or clean. The property inside and out are very clean.

Property was beautiful but beware of what days you go. The restaurants are closed several days per week so we had to keep leaving the resort for food. Check in was really long. Upon arrival, you are expected to scan a qr code in the parking lot. Then you wait for them to text you before one member of your party goes inside to wait in two different lines to check in with two separate people. Check out was equally frustrating. It was a quick text. But you had to be out before 10 am. And you are expected to strip your own bed linens, towels, and take out your trash. Check in /check out procedure is not posted online or in the welcome email so we didn't know until we got there.

The property was great. However, the Wifi was down for 2 days. But, over all the trip and location was really nice.

I’d been to Massanutten before but this time I stayed in the REGAL VISTAS - so modern , new, clean, accessible !! The ONLY downss

Everything was good except the hot rub jets.

Initial cleanliness wasn’t great - had to be moved to a different unit which was definitely better. Overall property is well maintained. But important to know that things are quite spread out so it’s not a typical resort experience. Also we visited in April and it is quite inaccurate to call the place a 4 seasons resort. There were minimal activities available, limited restaurant hours, some activities were closed altogether. So should research ahead of time so you know if your plans will be accommodated. We traveled with 3 kids and while place is lovely, there weren’t many options and some of the activities like water park, cost quite a bit extra.

Regal Vistas are a great concept. I wish the second bedroom had two twin beds vs one full bed. Having a garage and driveway is nice. Also in a great place In Massanutten overall resort so easy access to town or the other areas in resort. Our unit probably had been sitting a while, as it was a little dusty and could have used a wipe down. I would return.

Excellent distancing and hygiene measures at check in. We weren’t given any info about checkout, with none in the house either. I called the front desk to ask- good job I did because they expected quite a few things to be done that we wouldn’t have known about any other way! Overall it was a really nice property, well equipped. The soundproofing between the houses could be better- we moved from our original house because the neighbours were so loud- the hotel sorted this out really quickly and we had no further problems.

Absolutely wonderful. The Villa was spacious, clean, and very convenient. I look forward to staying at Regal Vistas again.
