The location was very clean and spacious. The rooms were an excellent size. Breakfast was great.

Staff was very friendly. I was recently injured and they accommodated me with the closest room to the front desk with no issue.

Checkin was easy and friendly front desk clerk. Hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable. On day two of our stay the people right next door had brought their dog and left their dog the whole day in their room and their dog barked none stop all day long. I spoke with the front desk about the barking dog and was told that the people paid their money for their dog and they couldn’t do anything about it. I then called Marriott’s customer service and she talked to the hotel manager and he told her the same thing that he couldn’t do anything about the dog. After speaking to someone higher up with Marriott, I was told that the pet policy clearly states that “you are never to leave your pet unattended for any reason” but Manager still refused to do anything about the barking dog. We finally had to leave our room and go somewhere to get away from the dog. I kept being told they paid their money for the dog but yet when I told them I paid my money they didn’t care. I will never stay at another Marriott again. Hilton is where we usually stay Also the breakfast wasn’t that great and what little that they did have out was gone as quick as they put it out because they would only put enough out for a couple of people at a time. No milk for the kids cereal. Had to apparently go get the milk from the store.

The floor was wet near the A/C . My husband and daughter walked on disgustingly wet carpet . We don’t know why the floor was wet.

The hotel was conveniently located and the room (suite) was clean. The AC was a bit noisy and when I shut if off, dripping water or condensation could be heard from the unit. The pool was very tiny. This hotel is good for adults on business, but with modern decor, nothing attractive or inviting for kids. Lots of fast food in the area, but lack of nice dining options close by. Steak house next door was mediocre.

I have stayed at your hotel numerous times with my grandchildren. The people at the front desk are always so friendly and courteous. I always enjoy seeing Loretta at the front desk.

Room was not ready at the designated check in time (3 pm). The female clerk was not friendly. Did not greet us with a hello or how can I help you? It appeared she did enjoy her job. Room was average. The remote control for the tv did not work properly. The male clerk stated you have to stand on the side of the tv for it to power on. Did not work and had to manually turn on the television. On the last day, I observed two baby spiders on the bathroom floor.

We had a very late check in and the young woman at the front desk helped us put the pack and play together. Another staff member, Loretta - morning front desk was incredibly helpful.

Staff, location and breakfast was great. The bedding, towels and carpet were very clean but the shower curtain had something black on it and the room needed to be completely dusted.

Property not kept clean. Dead bee in our room. Other traveling party found dead insects in their room aswell. The coffee and food station was dirty.

After making a reservation at another nearby hotel and being told upon arrival that they had over booked and could not accommodate us, we ended up being exceedingly pleased because TownePlace Suites ended being a way better choice.

I was surprised to get a suite for comparable $$$ as a normal room at nearby hotels. TownPlace suites has quickly became my favorite hotel.

Located in Bellmead. New hotel. A little confusing to get to hotel, at first. You end up turning down a lane that doesn’t look like it leads anywhere but it does lead you to the hotel.

It was a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and clean. The general manager took time to come talk to us and see how our stay is going during breakfast. That was very thoughtful. Everyone was friendly.

Room was great. Very clean and quite. Breakfast area very nice and clean. Ran out of eggs but no worries because they had other things and that was enough. Will definitely stay again.

The first room they put us in was dirty and hot we went back they did put us in a cleaner room. But it just wasn’t what we expected from a TownePlace Suite! We stay almost exclusively at these hotels and this one was a let down

We were told that it was a limited housekeeping, it suppose to cleaned the room until the second day, no one ever came, we ran out of toilet paper, never pick up the trash. The excuse when we were leaving was we have new housekeeping crew. We were told that the breakfast started at 6:30am and just half of the breakfast items were available. It was 7-am and the oatmeal and the batter of the waffle wasn’t ready. Anyway it was out first time. I will come back only if I have to.

Great hotel, staff was wonderful!

Wow!! Will definitely stay again!! Bed was super comfortable, room was clean, but what I appreciated most was breakfast. First off, it is an amazing breakfast with lots of offerings. Second, thank you, thank you, thank you for not blaring the TV!!!
