Bedding was not good flooring was sticky in room

Nothing. The reservation was wrong. I did get a call from Mohammed (Booking.com) today, He asked me to attach my receipts for possible reimbursement for the other hotel we had to stay in at the last minute.

The room was to be for 2 beds, it only had one. I used Priceline and they assured by email that I had 2 beds. Booking.com come change the reservation to one bed for 2 people. The hotel was full and no other rooms were available. I called Priceline only to text me they had no record of me making the reservation. We had to get another hotel that night and paid a high premium for last minute booking. I did get a call from Omnia A. (Booking,com), after midnight but I was already at a Studio 6 motel. No one from priceline tried to contact me to help a VIP Member.

The staff all of them was very rude, the hotel hallways stink very bad. Look like it was drug infected, and all the front desk people was extremely rude, and not helpful. I was told I have too pay a deposit, and will get back when I leave and I didnt., I'm calling Choice as I write too file another complaint.

I really like it but wene someone that works here and in charge makes you feel they don’t want you here at the hotel I think that’s wrong and to juge you write wene they see you before really getting to know you that’s wrong to, and I don’t know if it’s wrong or right but me and my husband have been staying here for at least three or four weeks already and we’ve been paying and all of a sudden we’re asked to leave a certain day because she’s already got all her rooms booked when she knows that every night we book a room and then we pay the next day that’s how we’re able to pay but we do pay but I guess we have to leave we’re not annoyed to people or wrong people. We just minor own business and stay in our room and we have our two little puppies and yes, we pay pet deposit and we pay that pet fee every day, but that’s the only thing I didn’t like about here. and the bad thing about it is she knows we have nowhere to go and right now we’re living here at the motel but just like we found here we can find another one but thank you. ABSOLUTLY nothing!!!

Called and asked them before I made a non-refundable reservation that if I showed up at around 2am ish that it would be okay. I was told yes (very nice lady, I spoke to about this) and then she was gonna call me back when they got the reservation. She called back and said it was confirmed and booked. I show up at 230am and dial the 500 for late night check in. A dude answers the phone in a moody attitude and I try explaining to him I have a reservation but he just starts talking over me and saying “All rooms are filled, you can’t make a reservation if they’re filled” so I continued to say I already made a reservation and he just said that all the reservation rooms (all rooms) are filled right now. So instead of arguing I just say whatever, and he blames it on the site I used (bookings.com). So, I left at 245am with nowhere to go because I “didn’t have a reservation”. Oh and I can’t get my money back!!!

Infested with roaches, the water turned off mid shower with no warning, also water has some kind of chemical in it, none of the people staying are respectful nor is the staff, I didn’t receive room service not once, the rooms are very very humid, key cards hardly work, laundry was trash, sheets and towels stained, carpets need to be shampooed or something because they were disgusting, roaches crawling in elavator
