This hotel was amazing. The best part of the experience has to be the staff. They're warn, kind, and very caring. The rooftop pool is nice and the location can't be beat. I stayed here for two weeks, extending my stay twice. I look forward to staying here again.

All good except construction

When I travel to Cambodia, I always stay at Anik Palace Hotel. Among hotels in the same price range, it offers exceptional value for money. The breakfast is also very good. This is because all the staff are amazing. I’m from Japan.

Hotel staff and concierge were very attentive and friendly. Alas for the renovation and with certain areas cordoned off and which restricted in limited dining facilities, I managed to find a wonderful Thai restaurant just next door. Suggested to the manager that they should consider in-house spa wellness centre after my unpleasant experience with a masseuse who was called in from another salon. But the hotel was extremely apologetic about the incident.

The Receptionist Thavy was extremely helpful in returning a ring to me! I had a great experience here and recommend staying.

Great stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The sky bar and pool were very relaxing and comfortable. Great drinks with 2 happy hours a day. Breakfast was nothing amazing but was good enough. Highly recommended for a nice stay in Phnom Penh.

Staff is excellent! Makes the guests feel very welcome. The hotel is very clean and mix of old and new. The bed is so comfortable I had a difficult time getting up because it is so good. I highly recommend this hotel. Excellent staff, service, food and amenities!!!

The Anik Hotel is beautiful, and people are treated fantastically. The receiving beverage was so tasty I wanted another. The rooftop pool area, bar, and restaurant are also beautiful. The bad: the room service meal was the literal worst room service meal I’ve ever received. It was TERRIBLE! One can walk out the door of the hotel, turn left or right and find good food within 20 footsteps at a great price, yet the food they served as room service left me thinking I might have food poisoning. I will stay at this hotel again, but I will never order room service. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I think the bar supplies room service, and the restaurant supplies buffet. Maybe that’s why the vast difference in quality

Great hotel and well located!

I had a nice experience at the Anik Palace Hotel--it's very beautiful and offers a wonderful breakfast and great service. There were a couple of downsides: the bathroom smelled horrible, the hotel was under repair so the gym was difficult to reach (no one told me the elevator to the gym didn't work) and there was a huge racket all the time, plus when I requested a day rate that had been offered, they insisted on charging me the price of the free upgrade I'd been given rather than the price I paid, which makes no sense. Overall a nice place and I might return, but not the experience I had hoped for.

The hotel was in a good location and the rooftop bar was fantastic. The city is big but we enjoyed walking around and got a Tuk tuk if we were tired. The hotel even offered us a free room to chill out in for a couple of hours whilst we waited for our flight

We love Anik Palace. We have stayed here a few times now, and it's a beautiful hotel. We love the breakfast and the pool! The staff are also all very nice.

It's a beautiful, nicely decorated hotel, great facilities -top floor swimming pool and a bar with a nice view of the city, sauna, steam room, and a spa. Nice welcoming, helpfull and friendly staff ready to accommodate all your needs, like tours, transportations, and other questions. Thavy at the reception desk, was really helpful and went out of her way to make my stay so comfortable! Good breakfast with varieties of food and good coffee.

My fiance and I love staying at Anik Palace. It's a beautiful hotel with an amazing pool and a great breakfast. The hotel is super convenient to almost everything in Phnom Penh. We will be back very soon!

The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. I have one day on my own before I join a group tour. He recommended a Tuk tuk driver for half a day and I really enjoyed the sights, 4 in total. The buffet breakfast is very elegantly displayed. There is a wide variety to choose from. I have to remember the next time when I order my coffee at breakfast, I need to specify “ cafe americano”. Otherwise, it is too strong.

Classic, little old fashioned but very beautiful hotel. Great breakfast with wide selection. Plenty of nearby bars and restaurants.

This hotel was more luxurious than my usual choices and I enjoyed the delicious and bountiful free breakfast, the professional, courteous and helpful staff, the well-appointed shower and overall attention tom detail.

Nice 4-star hotel, but some improvements are needed. Upon checking in, I reminded the girl at the reception, that I am a VIP client, and as such, entitled for an upgrade of my room. Without hesitation she said: "sorry, we are fully booked, so it is not possible". Of course, this was a lie, since I checked on the spot and plenty of rooms were available. She just did not feel like going through the process of upgrading me. However, another staff person heard the conversation, and said that they have already upgraded me even before I have asked, and in deed, I had a room slightly better. So I did get the upgrade, but why to lie like that...? Another incident; twice I ordered a soda-water and twice they have charged me nearly double, as if I have ordered a cocktail or something like that. On arrival, I have noticed some people get a cold wet towel, to clean their hands, and some gets a glass of drink, and some gets both. I did not get any of the above. Why not treat all clients the same...? Drinks are very expensive, same price as 5 stars hotels in Tokyo. Non-alcoholic drinks are more expensive than most 5 stars hotels in Tokyo. Booked a pick up from the airport and got a confirmation message from the hotel. No one was waiting at the airport, and when I called, I was told: "take a taxi sir" Next to the hotel, a construction site, probably until the end of the year. Constant loud noise all day long!!! On the positive side; most staff are friendly and polite. Service is good.

It was okay

This is a gorgeous hotel with dining facilities to match. The selections for breakfast, both off the menu and from the buffet, were first rate.

Very classy! Clean! Excellent setting for breakfast! The hotel reminds me of the Plaza Hotel in NYC! Really magical! Definitely my hotel when in Phnom Penh! Also the roof top bar and pool is a must experience!

This place is really beautiful from the entrance to the rooms to the terrace upstairs. We spend couple nights on our arrive in the country and even last night before leaving. Service is really good, all the staff speak English and help us a lot at the beginning when we had the issue wi the our luggage, also with transportation to others places and airport. Food is really good, I recommend to book room with breakfast included, is worth it. Drinks are also nice, during our stay they do happy hour some specific time and we drink upstairs with nice view of the terrace and pool.

Conveniently located near restaurant and shops. Safe to walk and excellent amenities in the hotel.
