Good price, very near to city center.

Hotel itself was good but avoid 5th floor. There was lot of noise, plenty of talking and rattle in the hallway starting from 6 am. 6th floor bar was noisy. If you prefer to sleep only from midnight to 6 am, then it's ok and you don't need a rest after long travelling days.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Check your coffee maker before using. The water was dirty.

There were 3 disadvantages: 1) The A/C did not lower the room temperature below approx 23 degrees Celsius. 2) There was no mini-refrigerator in the room. 3) There was no machine in the hotel to dispense ice. Otherwise, everything was very good.

Great location and wonderful breakfast.

We stayed 4 nights in the hotel. In general, the hotel is okay, it is very central, served as a good base for us to explore Klagenfurt and surrounding. The facilities was okay, nothing special, the top terrace is always busy, no chance to enjoy it without reservation in advance (which nobody told us about it). But the morning breakfast team were really amazing - they were super efficient and professional, helped us to start the day with a smile.

Minimum of services. No minibar in the room.

The most comfortable bed we have slept on in Europe. And there were many very comfortable pillows. We are half way through our Europe adventure and I surrounded myself with pillows and slept soundly. The bed is one whole king bed with no split down the middle. We like the whole mattress. The shower had great water pressure and the bathroom was clean. There is a breakfast buffet you can add. We needed to leave early and paid for the breakfast. It had scrambled and hard boiled eggs, sausages of different kinds, warm pasta dish, pancakes. I had an amazing ripe, in-season nectarine. Plenty of cold cuts, cheese, fruit salad, cucumber, over night oats, yogurt, fresh breads and rolls, jams, honey. They have a Kaffee machine with all the options. I had a decaf coffee made special for me, no problem. Great view of the sky line in the restaurant. I highly recommend the breakfast. The one downside was that parking was either expensive or inconvenient.

The property is very central about 2-3 minute walking distance to Lindwurm 🐉. Keep in mind about parking as after 1800 until 0800 it is free. As for the hotel it was nice but when you step in it feels very commercial and not like a hotel with much personal touch to it. The receptionist during my stay were for the most part seeming like they hated their job and most often were unfriendly maybe they were overwhelmed or something I don’t know but for fair price I was paying to stay for few days it wasn’t a nice welcome. As far as rest of hotel the room I had was spacious and clean no fridge but that’s okay was very spacious and had AC which during my stay in summer was needed. Hotel is pet friendly. There is very good breakfast daily for 16 euros and I enjoyed it. The feature I found most impressive was the sky top bar/lounge however we will just leave it at that as the views and seating were great however drinks seemed to have been a last minute thought. On a nice note the staff were the friendliest at the bar maybe their manager is nicer to them? I don’t know. However, drinks were very lackluster for the price and quality maybe in time they can adjust their menu and supplies. Overall the hotel was okay. It was convenient yes but definitely not worth a second trip unless they’re able to fix some things but again it’s just an opinion so take it with a grain of salt.

Rooms were nice, loved the heated floor in the bathroom. Would have liked a kettle rather than just a coffee pod machine, especially as they provided tea bags.

Reception staff were excellent with a quick check-in and advice on parking and a great little restaurant nearby for dinner. Our room was top-class - and breakfast in the top-floor restaurant was scrumptious with a wide choice - and again very attentive, courteous staff. The only thing they couldn't arrange was the weather, so our view during breakfast was limited by low cloud and rain. But everything else was perfect!

Great central location in the city. About 15 minutes by car to the airport.

First the good. The location is fantastic! Close to everything. The Hotel is beautiful and the rooftop bar and restaurant views of the city are fabulous. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Now the not so good. The room we had was quite dark even with the lights. Make sure to request a room at the front of the building. Housekeeping was disappointing. At check in there was garbage in the bathroom, the fresh sheets in either of our units weren’t clean and we had to constantly request items that should have been replaced. Overall I would definitely stay there again but only in a front room.

Super Lage, tolles Hotel!

We spent an amazing weekend here. The room is super new, clean and has the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. There is a capsule coffee machine, safe and hangers & shelves for clothes. No fridge. We celebrated my girlfriend's birthday here and the very kind staff surprised her with a very delicious piece of chocolate cake in the room and at the breakfast a very nicely set table was waiting for us. We took our dog with us (informed the hotel at booking). A bowl and some treats were prepared for her. We couldnt try the bar at the rooftop since it was raining but the bar on the 5th floor is very recommended for a drink. We were very very happy with our staying, could come back anytime.

Comfortable hotel. Wide and clean room, friendly staff in hotel. Located in city center, convenient for shopping, eating and drinking. Good kebab in front of hotel.

The hotel is located in a historic building in the centre of town and is very well maintained, the rooms are not very large but comfortable, the bed was excellent and the bathroom was comfortable. However, the management of Covid procedures was questionable (I was there during the lockdown), the hotel staff was almost always without a mask, the restaurant was closed and I received no support/suggestions for dinner.

Its a complete value for money and the the place is one of the best in KLU. Staff was very friendly as well. Hoghly recommended...

The room was really great and spacious, the interior design was very appealing, the bed absolutely comfortable. Everything was very clean, the breakfast amazing with a ton of choices and a magnificent view! I could not have imagined much more. Would certainly stay there again.

Beds were a bit hard but other than that nothing to complain. Service was very good and hotel has best location. Breakfast had basic stuff. It was a bit boring after 3 days.
