The best airport hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Clean, great customer service, and great amenities. I’ve stayed twice this year and each time I’ve had great service. The first time was in August and our flight got cancelled because of the typhoon. We had to add on 2 extra nights. The hotel front desk made it so easy to add 2 nights at the same original rate we had for the previous nights. I love staying here at the end of my trip so I can wind down and get to last minute shopping at the Haneda Gardens. The onsen is the perfect end to a Tokyo vacation.

This hotel is a prime spot due to its location. Talk about convenience! Its split into two versions, Grand and Premier, not sure why but we stayed at the Premier which was awesome and fairly luxurious. The staff is what makes this hotel, very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They know pretty good english too!

A first class hotel with fantastic staff across all departments, who could not do enough for you. Ideal hotel when flying in or out of Haneda airport as just a five minute walk from the arrivals hall.
Plenty of food outlets within the hotel complex. Large Spa / Onsen on the 12th floor is ideal place to unwind.

Beautiful hotel with great service. Lovely room with large bathroom. Perfect way to end a vacation and take away the stress of “getting to the airport”. I didn’t get to enjoy Onsen and spa and gym as I arrived too late. But they all looked incredible. Would definitely return here if I came to Haneda again.

A wonderful full-service hotel with an excellent location. Upon completing passport check and entering the arrival Hall at Haneda Airport's Terminal 3, simply walk straight towards the new shopping mall and then head to the hotel. Hotel staffs were professional, friendly and courteous. Our room was nicely furnished, and the bathroom was well-organized and clean. The gym has a wide range of equipment. Free entry to the spa after check-in, I tried its body messages and hot stone bed and found them quite satisfactory and very reasonably priced. Overall, very enjoyable stay.

We are happy with all the services except the bar. I think they don’t have enough staff so the nite when we had drinks we have to wait long for services. Hope this could be improved.

From the moment we walked in, we were awestruck. The doors into the hotel were massive and opened like magic. The front desk team were so friendly and helpful, the bar staff were also great. The rooms were lovely and had so many wonderful and included amenities.

There are two parts to the hotel, the Grand, the small cheaper box rooms for a quick sleep and shower before a flight and the Premier with “normal” rooms. They each have separate reception areas, with the Premier being hidden away from the main entrance.
The rooms are a decent size with a large bed and a very well equipped bathroom.
If you have one or two nights back in Tokyo before catching a flight, I’d recommend the Premier (we satiated one night in the Grand last year before our flight and the Premier is worth every yen of the fairly small additional cost

The property is first rate. Absolutely the best airport hotel I’ve ever been in anywhere in the world. Calling it an airport hotel in fact doesn’t do it justice. It’s a beautiful property.

We had an excellent stay this past weekend. The staff and everyone were so friendly and check in/out was a quick and easy process. We had to stay an extra 2 nights because of Typhoon Amphil and extending was so easy and the staff was very helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at villa fontaine premier hotel in Haneda airport and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were always friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring I had a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary toiletries and the well-stocked minibar.

Great hotel located within the Haneda airport with onsen at the rooftop. If you like onsen, this is the best place visit when you arrive to Haneda or before you leave the Haneda for relaxing dip in the onsen to relieve fatigue from your long flight or preparing for your flight.

The hotel is clean, quiet and convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. The fridge was stocked with free drinks. After a long flight, it's nice to walk to such a great hotel, have a cold drink, take a bath and go to bed.

We stayed here one night to catch a flight back to USA. Very convenient just walk from arrivals hall to hotel never leaving the building. Can get your luggage to the room on the airport luggage cart. Very expensive they have 2 hotels premier and grand will stay in grand next time. Did not know this when booked.
