So so place . Positive: clean and free parking. Negative: few amenities- no hair dryer, no top sheet on bed, a little shabby and ON COFFEE SERVICE- neither in room or lobby .

Room was dirty and had bugs. Bathroom ceiling had mold on it.

The Bed is very comfortable and the room stay clean, but it needs to have a place to put ur clothes and the TV locks off and on after a certain time. There’s also too many big RATS running around in the GARAGE where you park your car. It is a MOTEL and not a HOTEL

You get what you pay for honestly it was what I expected

The room was smelly. Smell like urine. There was no hook for clothes or towel in the room and bathroom. The fridge was broken. After reported to the front desk, no one came to fix it. It is a very filthy hotel. Will never go back again.

I liked that the purpose for my trip and booking was to find somewhere to stay that was affordable and this place was exactly that BUT inside my room the ceilings had broken panels, it smelled like cigarettes in the bathroom every day ( I stayed 5 nights) the smell made me feel disgusting like it would linger as soon as you step foot in. The bathroom tub was absolutely gross I had to put a towel on the bathroom tub floor because it was too dirty. There was no second indoor lock and the window couldn’t lock and anybody, even a staff member can come in if they untended too and it’s a bit scary to sleep and have to worry about that. Given the police is right next door, the energy and the air in that hotel is off-Standish. But the employees were cool.

I won’t recommend this hotel, the hallway smell like cigarettes and the rooms don’t look good , packing is tight. I only went there because my nephew wedding was close by .

I will be calling Expedia very soon this place has rats roaches no lobby bathroom I have pictures and videos I have never had this happen to me

this place looks NOTHING like the pictures. the staff were rude. we had to walk down a long, very dark hallway to get to our room. the tub was disgusting, the wall was falling apart and the ceiling was moldy. when i told the front desk lady how gross our room was, she rolled her eyes at me and coped an attitude. DO NOT STAY HERE!

To be honest, The stay was not as expected. The shower was in bad condition. Did even use, very noisy and the room was very small. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This place was dirty, dishonest, unsafe (a police officer recommended we not stay there). The ceiling was caved in over one of the beds. We did not stay. Orbitz should stand behind their customers and did not in this case. Never stay here!

This place is a johns paradise. If u looking for fun and got some money. Make ur way to this dump. No elevator. Smells like sweat and cigarettes. It's catfish location. Pictures make it look so amazing but you will not be impressed when u show up and see what terrible setting it's at. Not a place for a family. Also witnessed an escort clocking in letting it all Hang out. Nice job Bronx police doing a fine job. Never ever coming back here let a lone another hotel in the city. Oh and they have hourly rates as well.

Severely dirty and unsafe.... all the doors where kicked in and broken. Cigarette burns all over blankets and sheets. Broken in walls and ceiling.

Room was dirty when checked in. No type of housekeeping unless you request it and when you do request it cleaning ladies have an attitude or don't show up at. All stores and public transportation are very far. Will never stay here again

The ceiling are not properly fixed they have open spaces in the ceiling with some falling out.Showers were dirty,floors not mopped inside hotel,terrible customer service,they don’t even care about your inquiries will ignore you.They don’t assist in any items in room missing.

Cool motel. It has Roku TV, full length mirrors, and a nice big bed for you to enjoy. And, it's located right next to the freeway, making it very convenient to get to. Also, if you ever experience any problems, there just happen to be a NYPD police station next door, if you need them.

I love the Cabana Motel, because the rooms are so cool, and I have everything I need at my fingertips.
