It was perfect but I didn't like the fact the it says it has a hot tub and when u go up the stairs and fill it up the jets don't work and to me I kinda felt like I was ripped off a bit because of that other that everything was great

PH-04 had a nice partial view of the ocean. Room was clean and comfortable.
Only hiccup with the room I had was that the upper deck had zero shade during the day. Was great for my wife, but I had to hide down stairs.

room was nice. we were not told about not having jets in outddor hottub which was the main attraction. check in wasnt as smooth as i would like but not terrible. zero comunication on where and how to get beach items such as chairs and umbrella. so that was alittle frustrating. the room was nice though. the rest of the stay left something to be desired.

Very confusing to find room. The room is a separate room within the hotel. The hotel staff knew nothing about how to get in the room. Had to text and wait around for code to get in. The check in process took about an hour and a half to get everything sorted. Room was just ok. View nice.

There was no staff for checkin , hotubs in the penthouse does not work and the shower does not have hot water and was not a bedroom or ocean front as described.

This place is a horrible. I had reserved this room to find out the hard way. I had left and rented something else after opening the door. I had found bed bugs, roaches, hair all over the bed and bathroom, very unsanitary, hot tub doesn't work, shower nasty, no communication will any staff members besides a little texting, they ignore your concern and needs. Like i said earlier i had to leave and find something else. After me finding the things i was still focused to pay with no refund at all not even a sorry from any one associated with SBV. This is not a luxury hotel it's just all lies and false advertising to get you to commit and then they take your money and leave you with no options. You don't even have a accurate way to unload your belongings along with no parking unless you pay $50.00 per day at a different hotel. Take my warnings and stay away. They had taken almost $1,200.00 from my card and no matter what the situation nor what you find or see in their rooms you will not receive 1 dime back. So save yourself time and money and stress and stay away and do more research. I would never ever stay there.

The unit condition was not great. Needs updates communication from desk. not helpful. Jacuzzi jets don’t work. Bathroom tiles falling from the wall dusty shelves, damage shelves, no ice in the unit and dirty walls paint come off from the walls

The customer service was subpar. The room smelled very bad like mildew or something and the room wasn’t very nice in terms of maintenance nor did it appear very clean. When we walked in there were a few potato chips on the floor.

Superb apartments very close to Miami Beach and just 3 mins from the strip (restaurants).
Apartment was well appointed, good layout, spacious and good sized veranda.
Walk-in shower was great: good water flow, consistent temp.
Used pool daily which is an excellent length, and has a great 10 person jacuzzi.
Daily comms from SBV to check all was well and offering advice - this was great!
Will come back.

Not really a hotel. They sublet out of another hotel so the front desk can’t help you and you don’t get the same benefits as being in a hotel. It’s more like an Airbnb. The unit is nice and spacious. Location is convenient.

Would not stay here again. Rooms were not in great condition, jacuzzi was completely unusable. The process of booking through SBV is different than a hotel yet is represented as one. Z Ocean is the hotel, but your amenities will not be connected to the hotel. This became a problem after check out, when we left a bag in our room. The hotel was not able to provide a key or reopen the door. A simple process became more complicated and time consuming. Would never book this property because there are better options in the area, but if you do stay here, I’d personally recommend booking through the hotel.

I was not pleased with the self service portion and late communication. I don’t like The fact that we were told to fill our own hot tub with no way of knowing whether the place has been sanitized or not. The hotel said the room wasn’t maintained by them.

The advertised and paid space was not provided. No ocean view, no jacuzzi, no rooftop terrace. On notice to the landlord was told that next time you should just book directly to get the desired room. Very cheeky procedure. From my point of view very clear rip-off !

Location was perfect but the property needs attention. The unit I was in the curtains were damaged and hard to open and close, the TV's didn't work properly, the shower water took a long time to get hot and when it got hot there was only hot, hotter and hottest. The doors for the bathroom didn't lock, The batteries died for the room door so I had to call and wait for assistance. The iron leaked and the ironing board was broken.

This is NOT a hotel. It is a private rental and does NOT have an ocean view so do not waste your money paying for an ocean view room! You will be staring at trees. Service is awful. Took 24 hours to get extra bedding and towels. The towels in room had brown stains on them and were torn up. Bed is hard and sheets were sticky. No privacy. Someone barged into our locked room while we were laying in bed. And if you have a late flight, they do not have anyone or anywhere to hold your luggage after you check out. Terrible experience. Will never return or recommend.
