Our room had a bad odor. Not sure if it was because this is a pet friendly hotel or if something was spilled on the cloth couch. I needed to purchase an air freshener to be able to sleep in the room.

There was a knat problem they took care of immediate. However they should not have trash cans by the elevator on each floor. This caused the knats and I video it to show them.

Great place to stay, close to shopping, eateries and things to do in the area. Bed were comfortable, clean and comfortable. Had some difficulty with the wifi. Would stay there again.

Pool and hot tub had algae in the filters that was so thick it came off in chunks and the hot tub water was green. Covers had dirty shoe marks on them. USB sports in room didn't work. Water in shower was lukewarm. Was a pretty room just not maintained well

Our room had an adjoining room door that allowed too much sound to carry from our neighbors. It was very loud and as if they were in our room. Also, many other hotel chains offer better amenities such as water and coffee in the lobby. This room was overpriced for what we got. And wasn’t very clean.

Our room was not cleaned at all. We got a couple coffees but no trash empty or beds refreshed or towels. Shower and toilets not cleaned.

Spotlessly clean, spacious rooms! The pool is clean but in the small side. My family still had fun playing in it, though! We always stay at this hotel when we travel to Durango, which we do multiple times a year!

The hotel and staff were nice, but the beds were by far the most uncomfortable beds from our 10 nights on the road. They might as well be a slab of concrete. Everyone in my family slept terrible. On the plus side, my kids didn't want to sleep in, so it was easy to get them on the road.

We checked in late but had a nice room ready for us at 11pm. The hotel was packed as there was a nation wide communication glitch so many could not leave to catch their flights. We still had a room. Would definitely stay again.

The room was spacious and appeared to be clean. Only negative is that there was a black ring in the ceiling in our bathroom.

Property is modern, very clean and with extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Location requires short drive to downtown Durango and the Ft. Lewis campus. We were traveling with our small dog and did not encounter any issues at check-in or with getting a pet friendly room. Overall a very good Marriott experience.

We've stayed at several of these hotels but at this one the room seemed smaller and didn't seem to have the amenities others have had. It also was not within delivery distance of very many places. If you use Uber Eats, Door Dash, or other delivery services, including Dominos you should check if they are available, first. Pizza Hut would deliver if they could find a driver.

My family of five are big fans of Springhill Suites. We always receive great service and the rooms accommodate us well. We usually find a trundle bed at Springhill Suites, but this location had the old-fashioned sleeper sofa. That’s the best not negative I can say.

The only option for housekeeping services is every other day and consists of a towel change only. I’m tired of getting charged so much for nothing. I won’t be coming back next year
