Great property close to Knoxville airport. Front staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

It does not have closets in the rooms so suitcases and bags crowd the flor making getting up in the night to go to the bathroom is like running a gauntlet!

Unit needed cabinets with drawers. Lacked night stands & closet for hanging cloths. Very tight quarters.

You can’t truly control the air temperature in the room. I was freezing and no matter how high I’d turn the heater up the unit always would meet the temperature for 15 minutes or so then go back down to blow cold air. I got out of bed several times to try to adjust it. I eventually gave up and turned the unit off and guess what…it still blew cold air. I don’t mean a little bit, I mean I was blasted with it on my face from ten feet away from the unit. I’m not sure if this is all rooms, but I walked by others and it seemed to be a similar case. The room creaked a lot because of this so between that and the airplanes it was really hard to sleep. Apparently their key card machine kept breaking so I spent most of the night with no keycard, but the lady at the front desk was kind enough to let me in and out with her key. She was very pleasant but didn’t greet me when I walked in so I felt a little awkward just standing there watching her fiddle around the front desk lol. I eventually was like…hello? 😅

Nice clean hotel with super friendly staff. We booked their airport shuttle for a 0345 departure. We arrived at the counter and were informed the shuttle driver was sick. They pre ordered a ride share driver who was waiting for us. Excellent service.

Had a great stay. Everything was new and clean. We found the beds comfortable. The hotel breakfast was typical but served us well. Our only complaint was that our room was loud - there was a thumping off and on during our stay from an adjacent area that we couldn’t identify. That said, we’d happily stay here again.

Room is too small for the price. New and clean facility. The front desk person was not that welcoming.

Place was as expected when staying at anything associated with Hilton. Had an issue with the airport shuttle and the hotel phones were down. I didn't expect anything, but they quickly made it right and we're very apologetic. I would definitely stay here again. My child also loved that they had a nice modern lobby area with pool table and other games.

I booked a double queen bed room, for 1 night. The room was nice & clean, the staff Saturday night when we checked in was nice & helpful. Sunday morning. That’s where everything went down hill. Our room was only stocked with 2 wash rags & 3 bath towels. We had 3 adults in the room, and said as much when we booked. Went down to the front desk to get extra towels & the first excuse was that housekeeping wouldn’t be in until 9 (it was 815, maybe!) took our room number said they’d deliver them. Went back again after 9, was told all the towels were dirty. We go to check out at 930 and see a housekeeping cart FULL of clean towels. Not sure the truth, but 2-3 towels for a double queen bed is not enough! I wasn’t able to use a clean rag (I used a hand towel) or towel after my shower. For that reason alone I will not return.

Nice, modern, clean rooms, although they are small. Nice breakfast. One really annoying thing is that an alarm in our room went off at 5:30am. They need to make sure alarms are initially turned off.
