Traveled with my two children! They enjoyed themselves! We were there durning the hurricane so we experienced lights out for a few, but the staff did a great job at accommodating the guest. My son left his beats headphones in the room on bed when we went for dinner. To notice that the headphones were stolen by house keeping! The situation was reported but no one was held accountable nor was I reimbursed. I was pretty disappointed. Not sure if I will return after this situation.

We was looking for a nice and not too crowded place and we got exactly this. The hotel was very nice, the stuff very friendly and the beach got cleaned every day. We was very pleased with the waiter Christian who was trying hard to make everyone happy. We would definitely come again.

The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Their dedication to ensuring our comfort made our stay truly memorable. The property is over rated the room had flies the room didn’t seem to be cleaned that well the sheets had stains and there was a moldy smell in the room. The food wasn’t good portions were small and food was below average. There was no activity’s to do very boring vibe. The staff was ok I wouldn’t recommend this hotel it was a total waste I think they are using the Marley name to attract guests very disappointed in my stay

Overall, The Fives Beachfront was a wonderful experience and plan to be back. Room cleaning service could be improved, such as cleaning on a timely schedule without having to ask a few times. Hugo, Moises in the restaurant area, Brian at the beach area and Angel at reception area deserve our compliments. They were very attentive and hard working folks. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxed experience!

The staff were so kind and willing to offer ideas of activities in the city. The food was amazing and the all inclusive package was well worth the money. The room size was excellent and had a beautiful view of the ocean.

2nd visit here based on the first visit. The property is amazing and the wait staff is incredible. Something has occurred in the last 9 months where the property seems to be Management heavy. Polite every day until you express a concern and then you seem to be invisible to them and you are no longer the same valued guest. Our ‘package’ was not explained at check in and come to find out we had a ‘meal plan’. An additional guest joined, and while the room capacity was 6 we were charged additional fees yet the additional guest did not get the same ‘meal plan’. I would stay again because of the wait staff, tet the Management Team needs a refresh. Lots of folks standing around watching the workers with a cell phone in hand - offer ZERO assistance to staff or guests. Unfortunately disappointed in this stay.

The fives Oceanfront was a great boutique All inclusive experience. I would highly encourage adding the inclusive package to your stay if you plan on mostly lounging on the property, tip in cash it gets weird at checkout otherwise . I loved being able to walk right into the beach. The rooftop and beach level restaurants have two completely different vibes which are appreciated. I didn’t get to check out the Italian restaurant on the property but that gives me a good reason to visit again soon :)

Staff was wonderful. From the moment we arrived at everyone was friendly and accomodating. Our room was lovely and very conveniently located near everything on property. Emir was our attendant at the pool and beach each day and was very attentive and prompt to provide food and beverage upon our request. We purchased the all inclusive option and nothing we every requested incured an additional charge. Cocktails were as expected (better than at most large AI resorts) Food was hit or miss. We enjoyed the ceviches and guacamole plus breakfast, but Al Mare, Italian was not to our liking, despite ordering multiple appetizers and entree options. The steak was flavorful, on RoMarley's dinner menu, but was more of a compressed roast, noy a true filet or cut you would fine in the US. Desserts are alwasy a miss for us in Mexisco, so I won't judge them for lacking there. The Jamacian patties are similar to the emenadas, possibly only differing in that the patties have curry. Both are delicious and we ordered them with every meal. My phone was unfortunately stolen out of my bag, by the pool. This happend early evening on a Saturday.The staff was very helpful in looking over security footage to try and locate the thief, but it wasn't a guest or employee and they were seen immediately exiting the property via the beach, after taking it. Although they weren't able to retrieve my device, the general manager filed an insurance claim so I should receive compensation for my replacement.

Architecture outstanding and effective. (Art in motion) Great staff and we took the breakfast plan, as we also enjoyed eating local cuisine. Only negative was the cleanliness of the main pool which also required a handrail. We do plan to return to the Fives.

The staff was very nice and friendly. Shout out to Betty Flores for looking out for us from beginning to the end. My only complaint is I could hear people walking over my head and moving. Makes for a not so restful night. Wasn’t expecting that from a 4/5 star hotel with an Excellent review rating.

Best hotel and service I have ever experienced. Erick is the best server, and the hotel service is exceptional. They go above and way beyond any other hotel has ever done for me. Will be returning very soon

Clean and perfect

Great Hospitality! And food was very good!

Overall, I had a good experience. I took advantage of the all inclusive, but found the food not to be as good as I expected. I would say average. I spoke with a guest while there who stayed there 2 years ago and came back because of the food. She said there is quite a difference and that the food has really gone downhill since then. Also, for a weeks stay, there was not enough variety for that length of stay. The room was beautiful and in good condition. However, there was a Jacuzzi on my balcony, which I used only once because three out of the six jets did not work. Plus, apparently it leaked as I had a knock on the door from maintenance shortly after I used it because it was leaking to the unit below. I also had a leak in my bathroom ceiling and the maintenance team came and fixed right away. I found the maid service not up to par for this type of resort. There was actually one day when I did not receive service even though I had the sign on the door to make up the room. There is not enough cleaning staff at this hotel to service the rooms. Check in was supposed to be 3 PM but had to wait longer because the rooms had not been cleaned yet. The restaurant and bar staff were great and a big shout out to Eric…he is such a gem and hard worker. Actually the entire hotel staff were excellent. If I were to go back (not sure I would), I would not do the all inclusive.

The most beautiful property and rooms! All of the staff were friendly and attentive. I had no idea what to expect, as I wasn’t familiar with The Fives. It far surpassed what I considered possible for the price! The room was so much larger and nicer than any I’ve received at hotels in the US. We had a huge balcony with sitting area, sun chairs, and our own hot tub. Amazing.

We loved the vibe and the food at all of their venues on site most of all but the airconditioning on the room and throughout the hotel was lacking(never cool), not a single fan above on ceilings in rooms which should be next in Mexico. The service was hit or miss with some staff being excellent while others didn’t seem to care at all. The lack of property information for the hours of operation and the facilities was annoying and we were told conflicting information after having to repeatedly seek out information for ourselves. But they were always sure to approach us repeatedly about the “timeshare” options that we told them no thank you to daily. I would text this hotel for sure because of the food and the area definitely. No silverware or any dishes on the kitchen meant we could not use it and the coffee maker was broken as well as poorly working airconditioning that make us wake up sweating on the nights.

I loved everything about it! From the hotel to the staff! Friendly and helpful staff helped me enjoy my birthday weekend. I loved it there, I'll be back again!
