I've stayed here in the past and due too distance you have to walk to get to your room, swore I would never stay here again. I made a mistake since some time has passed and I had forgotten why i had decided to never stay here again. When I checked in this time I was assigned a room on 2nd floor. The hotel is set up like a horseshoe. Once you get off the elevator you walk down a long hallway and then make a right down another long hallway. My room every time I've stayed here has been towards the end of the 2nd long hallway towards the end. I counted 24 rooms from the elevator to my room. This is at least the 3rd time I've stayed here and my room has always about the same distance. As an elderly person and not able to get around as well as possible it is really rough to have to carry bags at this distance. When I complained to the front desk I was told that it was an automated system that selects the room and she could do nothing about it. This was a Sunday night and the parking lot was practically empty.

Although we told the front desk that we didn’t have a car, the evening young lady charged us a parking fee. It was removed by the morning person when we checked out. The other issue we had was the shuttle service in the morning (at 4:15am) took us all the way over to the baggage claim just to drop us off. Our flight was with Southwest meaning we had to walk all the way to the other side of the airport to check in. There wasn’t any traffic so that is so wrong to make people walk so far. We might as well just walked across the street and would have been closer than the shuttle driver. The hotel is nice except the towels in the bathroom, they were cheap and very thin. I would have expected better from Marriott since we use them all the time.

I would not stay again, it is very noisy, and the housekeeping service was less than satisfactory.

Comfortable with a toddler! We would definitely recommend and will be coming back.

The condition of the hotel does not match the photos unfortunately. Room was spacious but it took two of us to open the room door from the inside because the handle wasn't working and once we got the handle to release the springs were so tight we had to put our full weight into prying the door open to get out out of the room. The same issue was present at the exterior side door. Seems like a fire hazard and I mentioned it to the front desk when we left. Carpets were dirty. There is no real food available at breakfast time. I would not return to this hotel.

Nice room, comfortable bed. Nice view looking west of the mountains, but right next to the freeway, so noisy

The hotel was clean, well organized and nearby the airport.
