Our experience started off on a sour note, we arrived at the hotel arounf 3:30pm, there a little early but but was expecting to be able to check in throw our luggage in the room and go and explore port canaveral a bit. Unfortunately it was they did not have us a room ready because evidentally a large group of people had decided to check out late, which was not a big, deal we just decided to go explore and come back in an hour, which they told the room woulf be ready. After the hour we came back and our room was not ready so asked the lady at the desk a good place to eat, she told me down the road and i had read the reviews and went there. After dinner came back to the hotel, looked at my watch and it was ten til 7pm, our room was still not ready, at this point I lost my cool, because we had traveled all day and here it was 7pm and our room wasnt ready. I guess I was a little loud and obnoxious because they went to high stepping and gave me a room, I assume it was an upgrade to my room, but they were ready to get me out of there! After that our stay was really great, our room was very nice and clean and the hotel was very nice, breakfast the next morning was very good and had a good amount of choices. All in all our stay was very good and would stay there again, I know it was not the staffs fault, and I thank them for dealing with me! I did apoligize to the ladies at the front desk but I was ready to get in my room and relax because of my early cruise I had to catch.

No valet. Couldn't get help with bags. I have a broken wrist.

Great place to stay for pre cruise. Rooms are big and were clean. Staff was friendly. Pool bar was great with good drinks and bar food. Transfer to port was quick, comfortable and courteous. Pre book your transfer.

Super easy to find and very convenient location.

Very expensive because it is close to the port -- we stayed the night before a cruise so the rate was very high.

We stayed at this property for a week while our children were in space camp and it was wonderful. The staff was very helpful with anything we needed. The pool was nice, with plenty of seating. I enjoyed working out in the gym and having the option to use the peloton was great.

Our room was not available for 5 hours after checking in after check in time.

Plenty of space in the room. Larger refrigerator, dishwasher, bathroom, living space and 2 queen beds. Great location 1 mile from water and restaurants. Essy to catch a Lyft or Uber to go anywhere. Doordash available and pool area was clean and relaxing. Bar poolside available.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent for a pre cruise night from port Canaveral. Check in was quick and efficient. Staff very helpful procuring cruise transportation. Bed was uncomfortable but everything else was exceptional.
