Great stay! Our family so enjoyed the pool and corn hole game they had outside, the dinner and breakfast were really decent. The room was nice and clean. I was worried because we have allergies to dogs but no flare ups while there. Staff was so friendly. I was nervous too because we hadn't been there in several years, but this time around was just as great. The breakfast staff was sooooooooo wonderful. They made the whole trip.

Nice Gem near our destination, Kings Landing. Quiet place where we had a nice dinner and were able to have a good night sleep before heading out on our adventures.

Staff was exceptional, room was clean, appreciated the lack of fake odor cover aka Febreeze spray. Couldn't get microwave to power on even tho time was visible. I have 2 $1 charges on my debit card, not sure for what as that card wasn't used while there.
Surrounding grounds were very nice.

Overall my stay was good and the room was clean and put together nicely. My only negative experience was that the card machine wasn’t working so myself and other guests had to wait over 30 minutes to pay our incidental fee to get our room. The representative was so kind throughout the process but it was definitely annoying since I was only staying one night and had just 12 hours left in my hotel room before having to check out. I would definitely stay here again

Latricia was a gem at check in, warm and accommodating. My son loved all the snack options and the breakfast and dinner offerings. Quiet location and we’ll be returning to visit the state parks!

Good hotel. Kinda hidden and tucked away. I like the rooms but they did not get cold enough for me. Also, wish they had some portable fans. Normally i sleep with a fan.

Had a great stay at this hotel, it was also very close to many of the springs I wanted to visit. Very clean and modern rooms. If I am ever in the area, I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. Check-in was delightful at 8:30pm. Rooms very nice . Staff was extremely helpful, kind and professional. Only critique is the vacuum cleaner they use in the hallway smelled musty and unfortunately, smelled like a wet dog. Everything was great though!!

The service was amazing they came and fix the tv when i told them it didnt work also i want to point out the shower head was leaking from the side spilling to the outside of the glass.i was also worried about the extra door we had that was for the room next to us

Housekeeping could have been much better. There was green mold all over the bottom of the shower doors.
Apart from one African American lady with a very short haircut who was welcoming, customer service was not great. For a relatively new property and wedding venue, this hotel is nothing to write home about.

Such a nice property. Staff was great. Property was clean/ smelled cleaned / room was great. Again, was clean / smelled clean. Bed and pillows were so comfy. I’d definitely stay again and recommend this location.

Friendly, professional customer service form the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The room was very comfortable, clean, and in good condition. The lobby area was comfortable to hang out or work, and although I did not use the amenities, I did walk around and wish I would have had more time to enjoy the pool and work out areas. I will definitely be back if work brings me to Apopka again!

We were there for my husband’s surgery. Both stayed the first night and I stayed alone the second. When I got in on the second night at 6:30 after spending 13 hours at the hospital I found the room had not been made up or towels changed. I just wanted towels. The maids were quick to get these for me. I appreciated their promptness.

Our customer service was horrible. They doubled charged us and we called several times for the manager and left a message.
On top of that the room smelled like urine. Will never stay here again.

This was my 4th stay at this property, but instead of my experiences getting better, they have gotten worse. The front desk are cordial, but not friendly. We were there for 4-days and 3-nights, we only received housekeeping service once. This is also a pet-friendly hotel that does not have designated rooms or areas for pets. I witnessed dogs in the hotel not on a leash on two different occasions. We also witnessed a dog poop right at the front entrance and the owner did not pick it up. This is a clean, fairly new hotel, but there is no atmosphere of excellence.

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Apopka City Center was very nice. Hotel personnel showed professionalism, courtesy and a smile everyday of my stay. Room was clean and well appointed. My only complaint is that the upholstery on the two chairs in my room were worn and a bit dirty. The fabric showed stains and dirt on all the arms of the chairs.
