Great place

Great location.

Really amazing hotel. It's beautiful, quiet, great food and excellent service. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the wifi (not secure and sometimes spotty), which also didn't connect with the tv. So, we couldn't watch anything on the tv. The Michelin reviewed restaurant was amazing!

The staff attitudes are not what you would be expecting at the five-star hotel (especially in the restaurant/bar). Cleanliness - dusty lamps, dirty windows... where is the housekeeping manager??? Is it too overwhelming to keep the highest standards? There are other five-star hotels to explore in this beautiful city of Cracow...

Property location is very good cleanness outstanding but what really makes the difference is the people that works there from the moment you walk in to the sadly moment you leave they go way bruto help you in your needs a big shout out to David in the front to Johana that makes the morning breakfast very special

Everything the staff were able to affect was working fluently and with the most professional manner. The building was nicely restored. Since even the best ones can bet better - the light switches were logically so complicated it took me whole three days to get used to them :) Definitely recommending this place for a romantic stay. The garden was surprisingly quiet, so even the sound of the cabinet for live lobsters was a bit annoying ;) Thank You!

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The staff were all so friendly and helpful- everyone offered great suggestions for dining and activities. They helped us organize take away breakfast boxes for early day trips that were so delicious and filled with amazing pastries, sandwiches and fruit and had hot lattes ready for us when we had to leave by 6am! we really appreciated it!! The rooms were comfortable and lovely. The lobby is stunning and the pool and spa area were great! We used the gym and steam rooms and jacuzzi all very nice. The location is perfect- just a couple blocks away from the old town square but removed just enough that the block is not crawling with tourists. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Krakow!

Very enjoyable stay….. staff are very friendly, helpful and respectful ( with one exception) Very good breakfast. Our only problem was with the air conditioning which didn’t work well.

The staff couldn’t help enough

This property is beautiful, and perfectly situated to see all of the old town of Krakow without hearing any crowd noise on our street. Additionally the staff was fantastically helpful about arranging anything we needed, and the food and spa were also outstanding. We were upgraded to one of the Palace's historical rooms which was gorgeous but with a host of modern conveniences - heated floors in the bathroom, automated blackout curtains, etc. Would highly recommend!

The property was clean, well run and a pleasure to stay. We would highly recommend. Also, they have a fantastic breakfast.

This hotel was a true pleasure from check-in to check-out! Historical palace, beautifully decorated! Top-notch service. Delicious breakfast. My room with balcony was perfect! The location is excellent as well. You can easily walk to the railway station and many other places. True Polish hospitality in the beautiful old town of Krakow!

Great location but still quiet. Felt very special to be in an actual palace! Spa was very clean and relaxing. Nespresso in room and wonderful breakfast. Staff was top notch!!

Wow, gorgeous luxurious hotel, huge rooms. Truly a 5 star hotel in a perfect location in old Town. Everything was just amazing. Great customer service all around especially from the concierge to the guys who helped me with my bags on 2 different days. Breakfast was also really good, I enjoyed the egg benedict with salmon and a cappuccino with some desserts. Also had lunch at the bistro, great presentation and delicious food. Unfortunately had to leave since I am a Bonvoy/marriott member and had already booked another hotel with them which truly was subpar given the luxury feel and treatment of H5 hotel. I honestly wish I had booked my whole stay in Krakow with them. Will definitely book with them if I come back. I’ve read reviews stating that the rooms are small which is shocking and makes me wonder if they stayed at a different hotel than I did. This is beautiful hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay at this hotel, I promise you will not regret it.

Front desk was unfriendly right from the start, they did not created solution for the problem only extend it for ther pleasures. During the stay they treat us like we not belong there. Even on the last day had problems to order car service for my family.

We have just returned to the UK after a 5-night stay in Krakow. The hotel choice was difficult because we have never been to Krakow before but I'm so glad we finally decided on the H15 Luxury Palace for our first visit. In this case, the extra cost was very much worth it! The hotel is located in an extremely convenient area for all the main sites and attractions, very close to the main square but just far enough to have some tranquility. The hotel building and facilities were stunning, even our basic/standard room and the staff were all very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The spa facilities were beautiful and the breakfast was phenomenal - a huge range of choices every day both traditional and contemporary. It was probably the best hotel buffet breakfast we have ever had. Thank you to Agniezska for helping to organise our tour to Auschwitz and to the rest of the staff who made our stay incredibly enjoyable.

The hotel H15 luxury palace is beautiful and the service is extraordinary. All of the little touches make a difference like the room upgrade. The staff was friendly, warm and still very professional. It was a great pleasure staying there. Highly recommended.

I will stay here every time I am in Krakow. Incredible hospitality, great food, knowledgeable staff, comfortable everything. I was shocked how great of an experience I could have in a hotel.

Spending the weekend at H15 in Krakow was a fantastic experience. The hotel is located in the very centre of the Old Town, just a minute from the main square. The hotel’s staff were incredibly professional and friendly throughout the entire stay. Breakfast was excellent. I had booked a room without breakfast included and later realised that was a mistake. The room was very spacious, beautifully furnished, and impeccably clean. After a long day of exploring the salt mines or dragon caves in Krakow, enjoying the spa with its two saunas (dry and wet), jacuzzi, and lovely pool was the perfect way to end the day. Thank you, H15! I’m already looking forward to visiting you again!

I recently had an extremely disappointing stay at what was supposed to be a five-star hotel, but felt more like a three-star experience. Upon arrival, the room’s cleanliness was immediately questionable. The bathroom, in particular, was in unacceptable condition with stained bath mats that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The luxurious experience that was advertised was nowhere to be found. The decor and amenities were very basic, far from what I expected from a hotel of this supposed caliber. I reported the poor cleaning service to the front desk, but my complaint was completely ignored; no one took any action to address the issue. Additionally, we waited for over an hour for the promised iron to be brought to our room, only to find out they had forgotten entirely. The rooms themselves were quite small and definitely not worth the steep price. For what they offered, it felt like a complete rip-off. For anyone considering staying here, save yourself the disappointment and money—go to the Marriott instead.

H15 Luxury Palace is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in - in the world. I say this as someone who travels fairly extensively abroad and in the U.S. We returned here this year after a wonderful stay last year. The hotel itself is beautiful. A flawlessly restored, integrating original elements from the building’s structure (the ceiling beams!) with modern updates. The staff are the friendliest, most helpful hotel staff I’ve encountered in Poland. The buffet breakfast combines Polish classics with fare from around the world. I cannot emphasize enough what a wonderful hotel this is.
