The room was so nice and the view of the river was my favourite view of any hotel ever. I could see the dragon bridge, but really I just wanted to stay awake all night watching the boats on the river. I loved it.

Friendly staffs, easy check out and they gave us breakfast box for our early morning flight. Best view of the river at night , good location , walkable distance to Han market , restaurants , spas . Coffee shop on the ground floor is very good as well. Definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Nice location on the riverfront with many great restaurants close by as well as a nice coffee shop on the 1st floor. Hotel staff were amazing and very helpful. Rooftop bar was also pretty good to chill out on evenings. Room was spacious but the balcony was standing room only. If you like to run like I do then you can just cross the street and run along the river front for miles.

We are delighted and enjoyed our happy stayed @ HAIAN RIVERFRONT. Convenient and walkable distance for eatery. Pizza lovers, 10mins walk to pizza4ps @ Indochina, 24/7 Mart, massage n spa. Kids fav café @Firgun. Breakfast food spread is good. Most of all the reception staffs are friendly and helpful. Special thanks to guest relations staff, VI. She was very helpful and offers assistance. Excellent and keep up with your good job ! One exceptional experience was that I was checking if bathroom has conditioner, she noted my request and a min after I got my hair conditioner (small twin pack Dove conditioner was sent right away. Impressive n prompt service rendered. Thank you for the kind gesture to VI ( if I got the names spelt correctly and all the hotel staffs. We will visit Danang again n our hotel choice for our family trip.

Excellent location and very friendly staff. Room was very comfortable, and we had a great view of the dragon bridge. After rain, the floor of the bar upstairs was slippery, becareful. Also the pool time should be a bit later. Note: the bathroom while clean, does not have a shower door, so after a bath the floor around toilet remains wet. Overall will recommend!

My partner has a food poisoning after eating the breakfast. Not a 4 star hotel. We check out early and move to another hotel as we couldn’t cope with staying in this place

The beauty of the room and the property views perfectly match the pictures posted. Additionally, the staff is very cheerful and accommodating. The breakfast is exceptional, but there is room for improvement in the lunch/dinner menu as it lacks variety and can be quite dull. Furthermore, the mixed drinks are quite disappointing.

The room is big and spacious. But the staffs' English is really minimal and after our first day, the housekeeping didn't mop the floor. I have requested to change bedsheets and towels but I'm not sure if they have changed for me as it smells the same. I requested for late check out also unavailable. But the staff keeps on asking you how's the stay, until you are annoyed and say out the word ok, then they finally stop. Definitely not the best hotel I've stayed.

This is a bustling area, and you may want that. Service is exceptional, attentive, and with smiles. We asked for a view to the riverfront where we coursée the Dragon Bridge and we got that. The breakfast buffet is complementary and wonderful. The gym is not extensive and the water temperature seems to fluctuate. Guests are not supposed to smoke but we could smell through the vents. But I don’t blame the staff for other errant guests. We used the laundry service because April in Vietnam makes you sweat through all your clothes; the prices were reasonable. It was well-done and a godsend in that heat. There are tons of shopping, bars, stores, and restaurants in walking distance. You can also arrange a shuttle from the airport; I think it was less than $15 in U.S. dollars and worth it. Ask for a riverfront view!

A lot of nice steps to the 2nd level check-in. The staff had me set up with my room in a short. The room was large and clean. The balcony fits half of a person on it, but a good view of everything. I was happy to see the safe in this hotel is actually secured so you can't just take it and run. Downside is climbing in and out of a large tub to shower. The pool area was nice (also had a view) and a small workout center was next to it. Best view is from the lounge at the top of course! Felt awkward but bad about waking the desk attendant at 3a to check out. This is a convenient location that helped out, including a safe 30 minute walk to the airport. Only negative is the grab bikes that annoy you 24/7 but not the hotels fault. If I make my way back to Vietnam, I would stay here again.

There were little ants in our room. Hotel needed some updates. Overall fine depending on your standards.

A bit of confusion on arrival as have to go through cafe and then to first floor for reception. We had a riverfront suite which was a good size, especially the bedroom and the lounge but ironically the bathroom was tiny, almost suffocating! Buffet breakfast was okay but cheaper would have liked a bit more western. We had a dinner in their restaurant where the food was fine and the attentiveness and friendliness from Rose was great - a shame we were the only ones eating their - possibly because people can eat cheaper outside

OH MY GOODNESS. I'm here to look for our trip this year. Our room overlooked the Dragon Bridge. It flames on weekends, so if it's important to you, be there then. SO much walkable. My GF is Thai and ate at the next door Thai place both nights. Son soooo enjoyed the Viet at the other end of the block. Facilities were wonderful; clean, current; we were never want for charging stations. Staff was more than friendly. Cafe on ground level had delish coffee, seltzer, breakfast foods, and desserts. THE POOL. Wow. One thing: they need to check your room before you leave for anything to charge you. We will call ahead next time to save time.

This is a beautiful hotel with an excellent view of the dragon bridge and the river activities at night. Super comfortable beds and with the door shut it’s nice and quiet. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

The hotel location was excellent for the city proper - right on the river, near the Dragon Bridge, shops, and restaurants. The excellent Danang beach, though, is quite a distance away.Our corner room suite was very modern with a comfortable bed and a superior view. It was very clean. The pool was not attractive to use in that the room was dark and isolated. Similarly, so was their lounge bar. After checking them out,we didn't use either. The breakfast room was attractive but definitely not the food. The choice was there, but the hot meals were always cold and unappealing. The rest was unappetizing. Generally, the staff was very good - both courteous and helpful.
