Perfect for our family staying for a soccer tournament nearby

It was good, the staff friendly, quiet and super clean, we arrive @4am and they charged us half a day, which was great instead to pay all the day, or wait until 10am for early check in. What I didn’t like was that they charged us 10 per day for parking, the parking is outside and anyone has access.

We booked for our daughter’s graduation from UC Davis. The hotel was very clean and modern. The rooms were spacious and worked great for my family. We booked several rooms for the entire family. The setup in the rooms allowed us to hang together with the couch and TV in the bigger rooms. Not too far from UC Davis.

Stayed her for a soccer tournament. While the hotel was very clean (I think this was a new hotel recently built), the pool was small and breakfast options could have had more variety. They only had scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, oatmeal, fruit loops and cereal, apples/bananas and waffles. They also had yogurts and the usual coffee and juice drinks. Plus I had to pay $10 for parking each day.

I love to stay at this hotel when i visit UC DAVIS but i am disappointed they are now charging for parking.

We stayed here because it said exceptional service, however it was about a 5 out of 10, the pool was really small, they charge $10 a day for parking and the staff wasn’t to friendly or welcoming they were on their phones and acted as if we were and inconvenience to them. Will definitely not be back to stay there.

When checking-in there was a sign next to the counter detailing an additional $10 nightly parking charge that Expedia didn't show (but was apparently on the hotels own website). It's not like the parking lot could be used for other events and they needed to deter non-residents, and anyone staying very likely drove. So why not just increase the room rate by $10 so I can make an informed price comparison when shopping for a room? The receptionist did comp me one night of parking when I asked for the charge to be waived. Otherwise a very clean room, friendly staff, and near to dining and shopping. I would stay again if back in the area.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay, it was very clean, quite, and a very nice and helpful staff. The one thing we were not comfortable with was the fact that we had to pay $10 a day for parking as a guest, this was info that we should have been informed of before booking our reservation.

My 2021 Denali XL had the rear passenger window smashed out after we arrive only been there 2 hrs maybe. Staff was no help! My son who just graduated from Marines boot camp had hia dress shoes stoles and 2 other bags of ours stolen....Police were called and report made. NOT A SAFE PLACE!

The breakfast was good. The ambience was nice but.. This is a 2 star hotel claiming to be a higher rated hotel. This place is low end. No valet, 1 tv in their “suites”, appliances do not work, half the wall outlets do not have power. This hotel claims to have suites. They have large rooms and NO SUITES. Do not expect a suite when you stay here. Do not expect the staff to care about what you booked. All they care about is money. Do not stay here. One of the worst places to stay in the area. STOP POSTING FALSE ADVERTISING. ALL THE REMODELING IN THE WORLD CANNOT FIX TRASHY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
