My new favorite hotel! Clean room, the bathroom fan actually kept the room from fogging up, breakfast was simple but good and the exercise room was great!

The room was nice and clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. However, the cleaning products they used here are very strong. The smell was so strong when we entered the room, I had to hold the door open to try to air it out (the windows don't open). We left for dinner and came back a few hours and the strong smell still lingered. Otherwise, the room was good.

The lobby and check-in were nice, and clean. Our room was a little disappointing for a couple reasons - we reserved one king with a city view and were given two queens with a view of Arby’s, hand soap was completely empty, tissue box was empty, toilet had bowels floating in it still and shower floor appeared dirty, like it had not been scrubbed around the edges. Beds and pillows were comfortable though.

This is the nicest hotel I've been to in a while. it even topped the Hilton Gardens in Jackson, Mississippi. Staff was great, facility was very clean. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. Highly recommend this hotel

Checked into room, when we got to room 1 key didnt work, while getting that fixed my wife went into restroom the soap conditioners in bathroom fell off the wall and glued to floor. We changed rooms. 2nd room floors were slippery ( I literally slid 5 feet like i was on an ice rink.). Breakfast don't even try it!

The staff did the best they could with the facility that they were provided to help. Take care of the facility is completely deteriorating walls paint missing toilets, loose tile, garbage, and trash underneath the buds marijuana smokers are advertising for marijuana facilities. Bedbugs about the experience was horrible.

Upon arrival, there was a problem with the computer system used by the hotel. While this was a non-issue, the staff decided to help a different guest who arrived in the lobby about 10-15 minutes into my wait time. This doubled the time I had already waited and was very unfortunate to see the staff allow this guest to cut ahead of me. When I got to my room, there were hairs in the shower, on my bath towels, and on the bedcover. The room was otherwise comfortable, just wish it was more thoroughly cleaned.

Went to check in and person at front desk needed a card in case of damages. We swiped 2 of my cards and 1 of my wifes cards and he said it was a problem on there end. I later looked and it shows a pending charge. He told us we needed to stop in the morning to have a card on file.

Great place to stay. We booked spur of the moment on our way to Toronto. It was clean and quiet. The grab and go breakfast was really good. Front desk staff were helpful and kind. Definitely would recommend!

The room was not ready when we arrived. We were not able to get into the room until 2 hours after the check-in time. The rooms were incredibly small. There were long-term guests in the hotel and lots of clutter from them in the parking lot. Customer service was good!

This hotel is as right off the highway and was easy to get to. Front desk personnel was kind and helpful, property was clean and well maintained. Room had exactly what we needed and breakfast had easy, convenient, healthy choices. Would absolutely stay again!

The room was very clean, updated, cool, comfortable. The first night we noticed our TV wasn’t working, and they had us in a new room within 20 minutes. The staff was very friendly and engaging…didn’t make you feel like they were being bothered. Overall it was a really pleasant experience.

Overall it’s a nice new hotel. Unfortunately the room we had was cleaned very well. There was wrappers and hair balls next to the bed and toilet paper was almost empty. But overall, I would stay here again
