Nice hotel. Friendly staff. They charge you $20 for self-parking and the parking area has signs that read "Park at your own risk." That left a really bad taste in my mouth. But they offer complimentary breakfast and water bottles to make up for it, I guess. I did not try the breakfast so I can't comment on it. Bed was cozy. My room had a decent view. They did have a bar which is convenient, but it closes pretty early (10pm).

Our rooms shower was clogged up with human hair and one of the windows looked like some spilled a drink on the glass and it didnt get cleaned. They had us switch rooms which then had syrup in a chair and the worst part of all, expired produce in the refrigerator that looked like no one has cleaned in or out for a month. We ended up back in our original room and just dealt with it as we had been at the Florida State game and out in the heat for 6 hours and just wanted to relax. Instead we had to move our luggage ourselves back and forth between these rooms. I want my money back!!!

Very convenient to Collegetown, dorms and apartments. Firepit should be under covered patio space for rainy nights. Staff attentive and friendly. Mints on pillow are a nice touch!

This is our hotel of choice when going to FSU games. Walkable to the stadium(10-15 min). Always clean and good size rooms for 3 people. My son left his jersey and the room and the housekeeping staff are working with us to mail it back to us. Highly recommend!

Great hotel inside. Too dirty of an area. I felt there was too much trash surrounding thw hotel.

We had a wonderful overnight stay. The service was spectacular from the time we checked in until check out. The front desk crew on Sunday evening went above and beyond to assist me with an issue I was having connecting to the internet. They also got me signed up for the rewards program. We enjoyed the breakfast too. The room had everything we needed to get some work done the next day. It was clean and well accommodated. We also loved the location. Great walkability and lots of development going on with new hotels and apartments. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall the property was in pretty good condition. But I feel like our personal room wasn’t cleaned well before we entered. It was dusty and there were like stains on the wall that could’ve easily been wiped off because I did so. Also I called for clean towels which never came. Our second queen bed sheets were stained. It wasnt nasty but it could’ve been better and more care taken. Breakfast was really good.

Everyone there from the front desk to housekeeping went out of there way to make sure our stay was awesone.

I stayed 3 nights, the room was cleaned only once. The soap and towels were not replaced. the pillow and mattress were not of the expected quality. Front desk person was very helpful.

Nice & very clean hotel. You do have to pay a parking fee $15/night. Our main concern was the neighborhood the hotel was in. Definitely did not feel the most safe when walking to and from the car. Other than that, the staff was very friendly & even provided us with a pack-n-play. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Staff were nice. Pleasant. Extra pillow smelled like sweat. Parking in the evening was not great and had to park in overflow. Gym was nice.

Check in was at 3 or 5 pm but they didnt have a room ready until almost 7 pm. They gave us no towels and we never got any washcloths. We asked for towels and after waiting an hour, they came in when we were gone and literally threw them on the kitchen counter. Gross! The shower wasnt cleaned properly and the bed felt "old". Pillows were terrible. They said their computers were down, but a manager walked in, pressed 2 buttons and we had a room. There was a lobby full waiting for rooms. They did comp us parking, but i wouldnt go back.

I’ve stayed here often because it’s pet friendly and close to FAMU. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Great hotel.

The staff was extremely friendly. Unfortunately this was wiped out by the service. We arrived at 7pm and the rooms were not ready. I had to wait for an hour to check in. In the middle of my first night around 1130pm customers opened my room door and told me that the front desk gave them my room. I'm understanding so i received a call from the manager offering to wave the parking fees which was cool. My stay was from thursday to tuesday with cleaning service is offered every other day. Issue is no one came to clean the room. On the third day i went to the front desk to ask for service and was told that the washer was brokenand the towels were not ready. I informed Saturday evening and didnt get towels until monday afternoon.

Potential to be very good however, huge 4 hour delay in getting a room, insufficient towels, requested change of towels did not happen. Left over garbage in trash can. Front desk service was very polite and respectful. I would likely not use again

Quick overnight stay but have stayed here multiple times and it’s always good and clean!

There is limited parking and when I complained to mgmt that how were they charging me for a family parking fee that I couldn’t use, I was sent to an ancillary parking in the grass with no lighting.

The property was clean and safe. The staff was great, and the breakfast was excellent. The parking was tight, but I was able to get a waived parking pass due to my room not being ready at 4pm. Staff was very accommodating.
