As always, I appreciate the rooms with the recliner, as I need the recliner to sleep in. The wife liked the bed.

The hotel accommodations are wonderful: clean, spacious, comfortable. I just did not appreciate being put at the end of the hall facing the freeway after I specifically asked for a quiet room. We had just spent a week at a hotel adjacent to the elevator. I was in dire need of a night of uninterrupted sleep by the time we got to My Place!

It was a nice room. Clean room with no issues. The bed seemed a little small but was comfortable. The kitchenette was cute.

The hotel was really nice, close to airport (13 minute drive). They don’t have a shuttle service so we used Uber. They offer free parking and WiFi. Pet fee is very reasonable $17/ night compared to others charging $25+. The only disappointment was they have don’t have anything to use in the kitchenette. There is a reg size fridge, microwave and a stove but zero anything to use. They don’t even offer silverware. I am not used to that because Marriott Residence Inn does offer things to cook and eat with. They had one pot, plate, cup etc to purchase by the front desk. It’s quite crazy to have such a nice hotel with nice amenities and no cooking or eating utensils. We were there for 5 nights.

Service was poorly. Every time I talked to the staff o had smile and said please and thank you. While they didn’t even smile or say anything they had attitude. We didn’t even get our deposit back. I even managed to help and gather all the towels together in one spot for the cleaning lady, semi fixed the beds and cleaned the little kitchen area.

Was a good place for an overnight stay while on the road. The room was bigger than expected and did have a kitchenette for a long stay if you wanted to heat some basic foods. Top floor facing the interstate was a bit noisy. Prepackaged foods for purchase in lobby convenient but not especially appealing to us.

Amazing room, reasonable rates

This hotel was so comfortable and clean. They had a recliner which made the time I spent in the room very comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The kitchen in the room was great too - i was surprised there was no utensils or plates, but I made it work.

Favorite part about this hotel is its cleanliness. Second time staying here. Thoroughly cleaned with nice smell. Staffs were friendly, both front desk and maids. Thank you all.

Wish there was one set of dishes, one small pot and flatware to use. Due to prior stays, I requested a room not facing the freeway but did not get it for our 4night stay…even though I stated on my reservation, I was informed that I should’ve called earlier to ensure a quiet room. The lady will long grey hair was very kind & helpful!

Area it was located wasn’t very safe, there was street people on the side of the hotel. For one night it was ok.

Yeah this was a huge no for me... every single towel and cloth has a huge brown stain on it. I could have vomited. It really triggered me. Let alone the pictures are such a lie. This place is a Motel, NOT 'H'otel at all... smh. Brand new and clean microwave was the only plus. Cleaning staff was as kind as they could be... lord of slamming doors though triggered my panic disorder. Women who checked me in Wednesday 8/7/24 at 1 pm were VERY kind — ESPECIALLY the one who had injured leg from the job she deserves a promotion!! Woman who was at the front desk on Thursday 8/8/24 morning though? Oh, heck no… She was really rude and mean. She first insulted me when I went down early in the morning to ask a question. Then she insulted another guest right in front of me later that morning, while we were both buying breakfast from her… Is really shocking and alarming to hear what she said to the young lady. And when the young lady reacted and asked her why for the comment, the lady just shrugged it off, like it didn't matter what she just said. I was honestly totally turned off in that moment. Can't understand why we pay these fees and prices just to get terrible customer service in return for no reason. The young lady didn't do anything wrong but the front desk woman was just rude to her for no reason like she did to me earlier that morning. I'll probably never be a patron at this hotel chain again. Especially due to the health hazard caused by stained towels.

Nice hotel outside the city and close to many waterfalls/ hiking trails.

The woman working the front desk at night was both rude and incompetent. She could not charge my keys. When asked a question she was hostile.

Very friendly worker at the front desk. The room was larger than expect and had a sink area with a flat cooktop. No pots to cook with but we didn't have a need for it so no big deal for us. We did use the microwave and it worked good. Very clean and beds were comfy. I would highly recommend!!

I was actually surprised by how nice the rooms were, and how close to the I84 it was...15-20 min from pretty much where you wanted to go...The staff was more than accommodating when our lock to our room failed...a couple of things i think needs improvement...having to take your towels down to the front desk was abit challenging and not really ADA helpful...we ran out of body wash...and had to request coffee in our room everyday, and we had a family of ants that kept visiting our room...the firepit was a bonus however...

Comfortable, clean and friendly!

I really liked how spavious the room was. I will come back for that reason. The beds and pillows were also comfortable
