Very nice room. I like the brunch they offer I believe only on weekends at the roof top restaurant. I like that they offer different types of events as well. People can buy a day pass if you want to enjoy the pool.

First time staying at this hot , It is a very nice hotel , staff was great , me and my spouse were very happy to stay at Mansion Solis and we will continue to stay in future trips.

Honestly the hotel itself it is pretty nice. The instalare clean. The pool wasn’t on the best conditions but they did mentioned that the day before they hosted an event “pool party” but they were giving maintenance. I only stayed for a night but everyone were really nice. The offered me a complementary snack (strawberries, grapes, etc) as a welcome treat. I would definitely stayed again!

The service at the restaurant was very good. However the food is not good and they sky’s seem to have a lack of the ingredients to prepare the dishes or drinks in the menu. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi were very dirty. I kindly asked the receptionist if they were going to clean it, she said they would look into it. I was at there long enough to experience the pool.

Most of the staff are great. The check out process was less than favorable. When checking out the staff accused me of taking a towel and consuming alcohol even after I purchased one at the counter to avoid delays.

This Hotel exceeded our expectations. Close to all the main attractions. The Breakfast Buffet was just amazing the room are spacious and their Spa service was 10/10. Can’t wait to visit again.

I would have given a 5 star review, if it wasn't for the loud music from the bar, which did not stop until 2am Sunday, making it hard to fall asleep.

Nice property BUT pool and jacuzzy were not clean, staff that have no idea what’s going in their own hotel, no many choices on food, and if there is an event be ready for people screaming outside the rooms up to 4am without the staff doing anything. Nice property very very bad management.

LOved all the detail. Amazing experience. Everything was so pretty and nice. Enjoyed the guitar swimming pool. The staff were excellent. Great recommendation. The pastries in coffee shop delicious.

Beautiful decor. Finely appointed furniture. The towels were a little scratchy. I wish our room had a dedicated vanity area and a larger mirror.

Clean friendly staff

Everything was great about the rooms, the hotel and the staff was amazing. Only problem was this loser waiter who works on the roof top bar/lounge who was pretending to be a U.S Marine (he didn’t know that I actually am a marine and knew everything he was saying was a flat out lie cause nothing he said made sense or exist lol). Then he tired to rob me by trying to charge a 600 dollar tip on my credit card. Luckily I was with good people who saw what he was doing because he waited for me to drink so he can try to pull one over on me. So if you’re a foreigner visiting the area and you decide to stay here and go to the rooftop, look out for the waiter with a high fade haircut and doesn’t shut up. He will try to talk to you non stop to try to get friendly and tell you a bunch of lies. Stay clear of him and don’t drink if he’s there because he is trying and will try to rob you.

Nice boutique hotel ,friendly staff. Disappointed about my bathroom sink was plugged and disgusting…. I call the front desk the service was terrible have to call for a second time in order to get fixed. At the restaurant I requested a straw for my smoothie and the do not have one!

The most beautiful hotel i have visit in morelia , it is very clean and modern . I took my wife to this hotel for her birthday and we had a very nice welcome from every staff in the building. we are both fans of the singer , and we were surprised of how nice this hotel is in every detail in the building . We stayed for 3 nights 4 days and we did not want to leave the hotel , we enjoyed the jaccuzi and loved the pool its beautiful design as a guitar . The food was very delicious, we totally recommend this hotel to everyone, its one of the best in the city .
