This is definitely my go to hotel for Salem Oregon. The staff is amazing, check in is a breeze and it always smells so clean with no chemical smell. Just so clean it always smells fresh. Beds are amazing and the entire room is always fantastic.

Absolutely perfect. Room smelled new and fresh. Bed and couch are really comfy. Kitchenette was perfect. It really is a studio. Very roomy as well. Staff was TOP NOTCH. Some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. You could tell that they are likely treated well because they genuinely cared about us enjoying our stay and they weren’t just going through the motions. These people were born to work in hospitality. Breakfast was amazing as well. If you are on the fence and thinking of staying at one of the neighboring hotels, it’s well worth the extra couple bucks, I promise. I’ve stayed at all of them, this is the one.

Room was spacious, well appointed, and super comfortable. The bathroom was large and nice. We didn't need it, but it is well appointed for anyone who is mobility impaired. Bed was comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was fine, except for the noise. This is one of the loudest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The walls are extremely thin. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing, even just watching TV or talking. And really loud footsteps from people above/ in the hallway. This hotel has a lot of potential. Excellent staff and service. They just need to invest in sound proofing.

It was a great experience from start to finish. Check in was easy and friendly. My room was outstanding! A lot of space and comfortable. Loved having the kitchenette. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, new looking hotel property in a good and safe feeling location. Exceptionally friendly front desk/lobby staff. Would definitely stay again. I love hotels that included full size bathroom amenities, especially when traveling with my family. A few less things we need to pack.
However, our bad for not putting out the do not disturb sign, when I left for the early morning the maid knocked on the door and ended up just walking in on my sleeping 17yr old daughter. We hadn’t checked out yet, and being that we were only staying one night, perhaps they should have better notes on check outs. Check out time is noon, this happened around 8 am.

Huge room with everything i need including an almost full sized fridge and microwave. Breakfast was generous and hot. The hot tub was actually hot even though the jets didn’t work. Ill definitely be staying here agin.

this place was absolutely fantastic, I usually don't write reviews, but it had everything. The air conditioning works great, the room was very comfortable, there were two sinks and a bunch of dishes that could be used, there was coffee the whole time, the lobby was comfortable, the check-in was super easy, the breakfast was decent, we stayed in a lot of hotels on a trip to the Pacific Northwest and this was the best, definitely will be back if you end up in Salem again. It was also good value and we brought our dog and had absolutely no issues with that either, amazing place!!

I enjoyed many aspects of my stay at this hotel, particularly the exceptional staff, convenient location, and solid amenities. However, I encountered a few issues that impacted my experience. The lack of a shower door meant dealing with a wet bathroom floor daily, an inconvenience that was supposed to be addressed during my stay but wasn't. Additionally, the noise from the room above due to children running around late into the evening was quite disruptive despite the staff's efforts to manage it. Thankfully, this issue was resolved after a week after the family checked out. On a positive note, the staff was incredibly accommodating to both me and my service animal, and the breakfast bar was consistently enjoyable. While I appreciated the overall experience, addressing these issues could enhance comfort for future guests.

We had a queen studio, and it was clean, very well designed and comfortable. We had plenty of space (for the 2 of us) and everything we wanted. I recommend it and would stay here again.

This hotel stay was wonderful! But it was the hotel staff that made this trip so special. All of the staff was professional, helpful, friendly, and had a can do attitude. All front desk managers were exceptional.

I never stayed there since the person that was supposed to be at the front desk never came out, 45 minutes I was looking for him and he never came to the front. I couldn’t stay at that hotel, I had to end up getting another one! Worse experience ever

My sister had a ground floor room and a weird whistling sound came through the entry door off and on all night long. The staff said there are some issues with the ventilation system in the building. Not sure this is a fixable problem. Our room on the second floor was fine.
