Central to station and 10 minutes from outlet. Rooms are lovely and fresh/clean and modern.

Our stay was horrible the bed was dirty the sofa bed woth filfy. Both of them was hard as hard could be. The food was terrible. I will never stay there again no beeding for secound bed

Hotel was lovely and convenient for the shopping outlet and food in the curious brewery opposite was really good.
Not a great nights sleep as very hot in the room and couldn’t get the air conditioning to work properly,no water provided in the room and the cold tap in the bathroom didn’t work.

Very pleasant stay. Lovely room and good selection on breakfast. Parking reserved for us and disabled room very well fitted and comfotable. Tea and coffee in the room.

24-hour reception, very responsive and friendly staff, clean and spacious room, easy to book parking. the best is that they serve breakfast from 6am, which is good for those departing early in the morning. nothing can be faulted

One night stay at Ashford to break up travelling. Hotel is well situated near to Ashford International railway station. Be careful if driving as the hotel car park can fill up and it is best to reserve in advance. Also note that Ashford International car park can work out more expensive than the hotel's option.

Lovely Hotel stayed here before staff very friendly and helpful the room was spacious and very clean also a lovely cooked & continental breakfast included in the accommodation price a must stay if your visiting South East Kent and the surrounding area have another stay here booked in a few weeks

I would give a rating of 9/10, staff lovley and helpful. Room clean, modern and tidy. Safe in drawer to use as is the hairdryer. Comfy sofa but the bed was a little too firm for us.
Breakfast very tasty, standard fare but very good quality, staff work hard to keep everything full and the scrambled egg was the best I have tasted for a long time.

Kids constantly running up and down hallways banging on doors. No way to heat up any food in your room or on the premises. If someone came to pick you up and it took too long they would be charged a $100 fee. But the cleaning staff was very friendly.

Very Disappointed to Pay a premium cost for what we thought was a premium Hotel to find parking was full and had to park 500 yards away in a train station, we were leaving at 4 in the morning and had to walk to our car in the dark carrying all our stuff as we were worried about leaving our car with anything in. Also we had to pay a further £10 to park, I feel this should have been reflected in the price

We stayed here and unfortunately it wasn’t the best. When we checked it we was told we could t park at the hotel as it was pre book only - we was never told this at time of booking. It just said chargeable parking not must be pre booked.
Check in lady was nice and polite, went up to our room on 3rd floor and as we left the loft and hallway stank of cigarettes. This was reported straight away and nothing was done about it. It continued to smell until we checked out. It was disgusting and really made us not want to stay here.
Food was okay for breakfast. Some varieties.

We thought a bit sterile, also couldnt understand y we in a room for wheel chair users, i wouldnt park in space allocated for the people with a disability, not what we do!

Great American features with retro fridge, great breakfast . However the town is just a hub for the Ashford station, nothing else.
