My biggest issue were no microwave and iron in the room.

Nice hotel, but check-in was challenging, was supposed to be able to use my phone as a key, but no one had any idea about that. I received a room key with the wrong room number on it, and had to go back down to the check-in desk to find out which room we were supposed to be in, no apology, just it had been a long day???

I wasnt fond of the curtain for a door in the shower area. No microwave.

I really enjoyed the location and the area of the hotel. However, I had some issues with my room. The bathroom sink was clogged, and despite my two requests for it to be fixed, it wasn't taken care of by the time I checked out. Additionally, I didn't receive any towels or cloths for the second day of my stay.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff on site I did have a little issue with the deposit incidentals hold because I was told by reservations that there was not a fee unless you had a pet so I was not really prepared for that and they were training a new gentleman so he told me wrong on what kind of card I could use so it ended up costing me more up front than the 50 but he was in learning he was in training so I'm good very friendly very helpful very wonderful property definitely will be back

We stay at this hotel on our way to Florida. It’s clean, modern, and we can bring our dog. I have zero complaints.

Expedia had a rate posted for 2 nights, total was 1,133.00 then they charged me $349.38 for no reason. Not sure why the rate for 2 nights changed after the fact.

When we arrived at the resort there was a note stating that the Front Desk person had stepped away and would be back shortly. Waited a little over 7 mins for them to get back so we could get checked in. Hotel parking isn’t great as it is shared with a mall and restaurant. When we got to the room it had a weird smell, when I laid down on my pillow it had an odor to it as it flattened. You can’t take a shower and have someone getting ready because the areas are in the same section so you can see the person showering. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable.

WXYZ Lounge on the roof is wonderful.
Not a fan of the parking here, shared parking with Dave & Buster’s and the Cheesecake Factory. But that won’t deter us from coming back

Modern look is amazing compared to other properties trying to get the same vibe. The SmartFridge amenity diminishes to experience and is an incredibly poor idea which should be scrapped. On the whole, we were thrilled with the experience.

One night business trip, great location, everything I needed in walking distance, Mean Mug coffee just outside the hotel for a yummy breakfast in the morning. I will definitely stay there again when working in Chattanooga!

Hotel has no parking lot except for vacant mall parking lot. The pool was closed. Breakfast was $3 for cereal, nothing free but sub-par coffee.
