Very run down, not very clean. Staff was friendly, but I would not stay here again.

Cayuga Blu has one of the best breakfasts of any hotel in Ithaca!

The room was clean.
Breakfast was better than the usual complimentary breakfasts.
The bathroom could use some updating, especially the tub, but it was clean and served its purpose.
The landscaping and sidewalks could use some cleaning up.
Overall it was a decent place to stay.

The property is out dated. There are leaky ceilings in the hallway. Bathrooms are out dated.

There are a few areas that need updating here, not the least of which are the exterior doors (not very safety conscious) and the exercise room equipment (ancient). The beds were very comfy, however, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.

The hotel was O.K. for a short stay. The hotel lobby is dark, but accomodating. It needs upgrades. It seems that the rooms, are the original hotel rooms and bathroooms and are outdated, but fairly clean. The AC made a lot of noise during the night, and it was diffucult to rest. Staff was friendly, and they provide free breakfast.

The hotel was quite empty and I think the reason is the poor condition. Outside is nice with pool but indoors a lot of cracks in walls, buckets with drainage, and just musty and not like the pictures.

We stayed at the Cayuga Blu for 2 nights in April and had a pleasant experience. We are a family of 5 and stayed in a classic double room and brought our own air mattress. The hotel was clean and the service was nice and friendly. The breakfast was a good classic selection of hot and cold items and was satisfying. The hotel could definitely use some updating and some repairs in spots but overall, we had a very nice stay and would stay again.

Mildew and damp smell in room. Mold spots on bathroom ceiling. Toilet and tub/shower needs replacement.

There was a horrible smell in our room. There were a lot of bugs flying around the room. The refrigerator had a horrible smell when opened. The water in the indoor pool was murky.

Base board trim was falling apart in the hallways and room. Got booked at first into an occupied room. Definitely not staying here again.

We enjoyed staying in the hotel for one night. We enjoyed the breakfast. The rooms are clean and nice. We liked the welcome pack when we entered the room.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The bathroom fixtures could definitely use an update, but the room furnishings were nice. They might want to splurge a bit more on toilet paper and tissues. Although we didn't eat it, breakfast looked great. The only real negative was that the outside doors, all around the property, are unlocked for anyone to walk in.

This hotel was a great price for this town. The accommodations and breakfast were excellent. Our room was a significant walk from the front desk so the staff recommended driving to a different entrance, which we did. However, there was no elevator there. We made several trips up the stairs with our stuff... Okay for us, but may have been very inconvenient for others.

I’m not sure but it seems this property was just being reopened. Inside was clean, staff was EXTREMELY friendly. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Pool area was very nice and clean. They planted flowers in all the outdoor flower boxes. Room and bathroom was clean. Had a friendly hand written note from the house cleaner. However, when we pulled up the motel, the first thing you see is an unkept ally way leading tot he back of the building. Weeds and over grown trees. I was a little worried. So if they clean up the front a little and the side alley a bit…..otherwise it really was an enjoyable stay.

Great value! This is my second time staying here and never found a reason to complain. The breakfast was fresh and had many options. Loved playing corn hole next to the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Located right in front of the mall which was super convenient to be able to grab supplies at Target.

This is an ok hotel if you can get it for the right price. Breakfast was good and it had good variety. easy drive to college town. The hotel is a bit outdated but it has the basics covered. Staff was helpful.

The room was very clean. The staff was very nice in all interactions and the breakfast was very good. The grounds and landscaping were in tough shape with tons of weeds. It was good for a quick overnight in Ithaca.

Great stay! The breakfast is great. I was able to bring my dog and they were very accommodating! Location is right next to a shopping center with food! If I ever come back the Ithaca I will be staying here again
