This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had in over 25 years of travel. I booked online as usual and once I arrived I provided my identification and additional credit card for a security deposit. After their machine could not accept my physical Apple Card that I use at every other hotel, I gave the gentleman my Amex card and ask him what was the security deposit amount. After asking several times, all I got was “we won’t charge your card.” I was reminded check out is at 11am. After checking in, my room was clean and was ok for the stay but had a small odor in the room. It wasn’t overwhelming so I dealt with it as it seemed to subside with time. As we were informed the work on our heater at home was repaired, we returned home to complete some other work and planned to return to the hotel later that night. We ended up staying at home. We knew check out was let until 11 so anything left at the hotel we would get and then check out. As I approach the door with my key a woman is mopping at the door, she has been in the room long enough to clean the entire room and bathroom and was completely done with the room meaning she was in the room at 9 am with the check out time not until 11 on a room paid for until that time. As I tried to converse she spoke no English. At the front desk I called a number and Jasmine came to the desk, Jasmine informed me she runs the place and was gaslighting my concerns trying to convince me this is the norm! To be cont.

This hotel appears fairly new. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient and appeared safe. The breakfast could use some improvements in variety but food was okay.

Our room was nice, quiet, cool, and clean. Great stay for a great price. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and courteous.

We stayed a Saturday night, September 2024. Was leary due to some of the bad reviews. We were in room 323 and it was clean, updated, and in excellent condition. Plenty of necessities, and the man at the desk was most courteous. Breakfast was clean and well organized. The lady was very attentive to the needs of everyone. She was a one-woman hostess/cook/clean-up person. I failed to get her name, but she worked 9/22/24 and was a delightful employee. The entry area was clean, updated, and spacious for small groups with multiple TV's around on low volume. The area was peaceful and not overpowered with the noise from the TV's. The only negative is the parking, as some noted, however, the hotel next door is literally right there. They share the small lot and it wasn't too terrible for us.

Great stay

Parking is not great. Breakfast is really good; lots of hot and cold options. Rooms are very clean and spacious and updated.
